UPDATE (1÷14÷2016): I am adding this update because I continue to rely on Greenway’s wonderful customer service. It has been two months since I purchased a car from them, and Ricky has proven to be someone I can trust. I don’t know anything about cars, so I don’t know what to do when even a small thing goes wrong. My car is 12 years old, so small things are bound to happen. I feel safe knowing that I can call or text Ricky, tell him what’s going on, and he will always give me good advice and offer help if needed.
I recently went to an independent mechanic for an oil change and since he knows me, he offered to check over the car for me. He said it is in excellent condition and that I got a very good deal on it. This mechanic had tried to steer me away from buying an American car, but he had to admit this one is in beautiful shape and well worth every penny I paid for it.
I highly recommend Greenway Motors if you are looking for a reliable used car at a reasonable price.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (11/​16/​2015): After an uninsured drunk driver crashed into my car, totaled it, and left me without transportation for almost a month, I sorely needed some TLC — and that’s exactly what I got at Greenway. Ricky took very good care of me. We had been emailing back and forth while I waited for the insurance money to come through, so he knew my situation. I had my eye on a beautiful Chrysler Sebring convertible but it was more than I could afford. When I showed up at Greenway and met Ricky, he showed me the car, told me to go ahead and test-​drive it, and then he cut more than $ 1500 off the asking price of the car (which was a reasonable price to begin with) to help me out. This is a gorgeous car, meticulously maintained. The CarFax had pages and pages of service records, because the previous owner had taken it in to a local Chrysler dealer for oil changes and routine servicing every 3000 miles — I even called the dealer to verify. There was an issue with the battery, and Ricky insisted on having his mechanic check it out. It turned out to be an alternator problem, and Ricky had the car repaired at his expense. I couldn’t be happier with the car and with the service I got at Greenway.

I must say out of all the dealerships I have been to Ricky and his wife at greenway motors are the most nicest people you could know when it comes to car shopping you can feel the honesty and you know their not just trying to make a deal this is my second time coming to them for a car that has lasted and will be a great addition to my family I really appreciate there patience help and overall business ethics if you want to by a car from some one you can trust with quality used vehicles greenway is the best place hands down to go thank you so much.

Great service, nice folks. But just like any other dealers out there, bring your own mechanics to check them out. (I’ve learned from my mistakes) Good luck.
I bought a Grey Cadillac De Ville for $ 4k cash and 2 ½ weeks later it blew a head-​gasket.

Ricky & Maria are the real deal when it comes to honest & friendly car dealers. They take great pride in their business & the level of service the provide their clientele.
I went in after stalking a car on their lot that had caught my eye after doing all of my research. They gave me a good price, got me financing through a bank to help reestablish my credit & helped track down parts I wanted to order.
Their devotion to detail & their responsiveness is A+++ & was refreshing after dealing with 3 or 4 different flavors of bait & switch with other dealers.
I give them 5 stars & would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used ride.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great selection of cars. I’m a single mom on a budget & they were able to work with me on something reliable, a gas saver, & looks amazing but still at a good price. I just bought my second car from greenway and i have to say that I am just as satisfied if not more than i was on my first purchase. Two years ago i bought a 92′ cadillac with 33k miles. It was vary clean and ran great. I put about 45k on it and decided i wanted to trade it in. Ricky gave me a great value on my trade in and I found a newer even cleaner cadillac that better served my needs. Their website is great, and always up to date. I was able to shop from my phone and already knew everything about the vehicle before i got there. I have already referred two friends to greenway and they are both vary happy with their purchase and experience.

Since I’ve seen undeserved poor reviews, I wanted to make sure that there is a credible one to counter them. I am a mom of a graduating teen who wanted to surprise him with a good, used car to get around and help me transport his little sister to where she needs to be while I’m working in the city. I knew what I was looking for: an Acura Integra with low mileage within my tight budget (I was using an unexpected bonus to buy this car). After searching for weeks and being disappointed with what used Integras are costing these days, I found Ricky and Greenway Motors. Even though I had seen the reviews, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. (Everyone deserves to be heard.) I was up-​front with Ricky that I visited Unilocal and so we proceeded with that understanding.
He had the 1998 Acura Integra that I had viewed online waiting for me. We had done the deal via texting so he knew what my budget was, that it was firm, and after some back and forth, he agreed to meet me at my price, tax, title, everything, out the door. He presented me with a copy of the Carfax that I had already seen online (I did my homework) showing me that there had been one owner, no accidents.
I wish I could capture for you the look on my son’s face when he saw the car. He (and his best buddies) have all talked about having Integras. Thanks to Ricky, my son has one. It’s beautiful, runs well and Ricky has been phenomenal. I already received my registration and sticker from the DMV (within two weeks of the purchase). Buying this car was truly no-​hassle and I am grateful to Ricky for helping me to put a smile on my son’s face.

So I knew it was coming but the truck has officially went down! I have to now junk it & I’m sooooooo mad that these shisters are still an operating business. I hope someone FINALLY get justice and I pray God deals with them harshly. I’m out of $ 4500 in just months but I’m a firm believer in karma.

There’s a reason why so few reviews for Greenway Motors… No one falls for their scams! On me they tried a classic Bait & Switch:
After filling out online app, Ricky calls and tells me the car I’m interested in is available and a deal can be done. He went over basic financial terms answering all my questions, and we agreed I’d come out 1^st thing next day.
So while in route to business, Ricky calls to ‘confirm’. I inform him I’m about 45 mins away (from 1 hr drive), he replies great see you then.
20 mins go by and I get another call from Ricky, this time to inform me that another, cash paying customer is looking at same car. He then says he can’t guarantee it’ll be available, but get this ‘there’s plenty of other cars in your price range to get’
That’s when I was sure the scam was on… (So I say well I’m almost there might as well see it to the end)
Once after arriving I see the car in question pull around and two men get out, one walks over and says hi I’m Ricky, are you here to see the accord? All the while the other guy is walking around the car, ‘inspecting’ it
So Ricky states I really think he’s going to buy it, let me show you something else.
At this point my wife, could take no more, and told him she was on to his games, and everything about this place was unprofessional .
Take a look around their lot and/​or web page… For each price range you’ll notice one car of far superior quality of the others… THATS THE BAIT!!! The other cars are obviously inferior. Don’t believe me, drive around the side and look at the virtual junk yard of cars in different stages of repair in their service lot… I sure did.
And Ricky next time you should really pick your more interested ‘buyers’ more carefully… No ones buying from a used car dealership on a 80 degree Saturday morning, wearing dockers and a button up long sleeve !!!

Why is it folks with bad credit always 90% of the time blame the business or lending institutions with the problems they created. This email is in response to Itika R review.

These Guys are under new ownership —- They sell used cars now at great prices. The owners were very nice and not pushy at all. I was able to take advantage of the in house financing and got a great payment for only 12 months. Their selection was almost all under $ 6,000 and most had very low mileage. I am thinking of going back and getting my teenager a car! The owner said if my son wants something that he doesn’t see, that they will try to find what I’m looking for. Very nice and honest owners —- would go back anytime I need a reliable inexpensive car!!!
