Back in the day when I was able to eat here, I loved the food. Nothing beats potato wedges with cheese and bacon bits! Jumbo jack with their own thousand island was off the heezy. And the onion rings! Omg! With ranch! You get the point.

I’m not really into Fast Food Chains and the Few Times I have been to this location has been late night and decent Fast Food. That is why I will at least give 2 Stars. This particular time tho is Disgusting. The food was not fresh at all. Not ONE Item. From Onion Rings to Fries to Burgers to Chicken Strips. Disgusting. Even the Soda is Flat. It was all lukewarm. And the Burger look like they microwaved that sh*t the way the cheese was melted.

This morning I went with my mom, brother and my baby for some breakfast… it was Preety busy so there was a wait wich was fine with me I understand … So I placed my order and while I was waiting a lady came in and I guess she had ordered from the drive through and was upset because she had asked for 6 sandwiches and she was only charged two so she had to come in in the location to get charged 4 more. So the cashier was ringing her up and the cashier asked the lady«was it him who charged you?» And the lady said yes and the cashier put him on blast infront of us and told him«hey she asked for 6 and you only charged her 2» and she said it with the biggest attitude and she even rolled her eyes at him .,. I felt so bad for him I mean it was busy girl and I’m pretty sure it was an honest mistake. All you had to do was ring her up for her sandwiches and probably knock in a discount for the trouble. Work as a teamwork don’t try to put your coworkers down like that. Everyone makes mistakes and it seemed like everyone in the location understood you guys were busy and it wasn’t a problem for the wait …

If fast food is your game then this is it. Lots to chose from sourdough bread to ciabatta chicken or grilled steak. Curly fries or plain. Large drinks of you need it. Service is okay many times repeating your order. Always check completed order before you leave. Has drive up window for late nights but be warned can get very busy.

Wanted to order more food after paying & was told I had to go around to the end of the drive thru line. NEVERGOINGTHEREAGAIN. I guess they don’t want my $$$ & it isn’t Burger King, I guess you don’t get it your way.

After flying into the US from Australia I felt like a burger so I stopped by this place for a cheap burger and let’s just say it did not fix my jetlag…

A Little Disappointing I ate somewhere else right before I went here(normally double duty for me means taking on 2 of my hookers at once), but I still ordered a lot. I went here with my family on Saturday. Right when we entered, I noticed that there was a line for the women’s restroom. It was kind of funny(this woman looked at me with a constipated expression on her face– ). It’s nice inside, but too cramped, especially near the counter(because it was a Saturday, I wasn’t surprised that there was a steady stream of customers). Our cashier was friendly, but hard of hearing. She was also a bit dense. I was impressed by the employees in general, though. Everyone worked hard and well together(well, not the guys who stabbed each other to death, but whatever). We only had to wait about 3 minutes for our food. I was annoyed that I had to ask for Barbecue Sauce(I had to squeeze by someone and wait a minute at the counter). The seating capacity here is over 60. The tables and chairs are functional, like me on some days(this is a good day, apparently). The parking lot is a PITA to deal with. It has to do with the design of the shopping center. After you make a purchase, you can take a survey«and receive 2 Free Tacos»(I would provide more info, but I was given a very faded receipt). There was a loud and aggressive family near us. I was glad when they piped down. My son Joshua made a mess on the floor. My wife took him outside when he began lighting flares(I think he wanted a closer look at the mess). Note: All prices include tax. : Chicken Nuggets(5 for $ 1.41): 8⁄10. Small, but good. Overall, a nice addition to the menu. : Meaty Breakfast Burrito($ 3.16): 8.5÷10. I was very pleased. My Meaty Breakfast Burrito was big and tasty. My eggs were wet(juicy) and very good, and my meat was a real treat. : Sourdough Jack($ 4.69): 7.5÷10. Not worth the price. My bun was solid, but not super tasty. My patty could have been hotter. What pissed me off is that I was given tomatoes even though I said no to them 3 times while ordering(my wife doesn’t like tomatoes either). : Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich($ 3.59): 8⁄10. My bacon was somewhat fatty, but good. Everything else was solid, but not spectacular. Waffle Breakfast Sandwich($ 3.16): 8⁄10. My wife began eating hers before I could take a picture. Anyway, she’s a fan(she rarely gives anything more than an 8). We received a fair amount of food for $ 16.01. Still, in terms of taste, I was hoping for better(I had us eat here because the location nearest us has let me down a few times). The search continues for a really good Jack in the Box in the area.

Pretty pricey for a fast food place but I gotta say, it does taste better. The sourdough sandwiches are definitely tastier than most fast food restaurants although they are twice the price. The sourdough cheese steak melt was good. The hot mess potato wedges were delicious too. What’s not good? The chicken nuggets.

After seeing a Jack in the Box advertisement about 2 breakfast crossaints for just $ 3.5, I headed straight there the next morning! I went inside the place and saw no signs about it. Confused, I asked the cashier about the deal. He looked confused and said no they didn’t have a deal like that. I asked again referring to TV commercial. Then he asked his manager, and she came to the computer screen and touched a button. and bam! There goes my 2 crossaints for $ 3.50. Score! The crossaints came out flat, which totally defeat the purpose of a buttery and fluffy crossaint. The taste was okay though. I think I was more disappointed at how not all the workers are aware of what’s going on with deals and such.

I accidentally went to this location after intending to go to KFC but Marina Blvd was closed. Stefanie worked the drive-through and was so nice I decided to go back again. The second time she was also working and explained the contents of the new Loaded Breakfast Sandwich with perfection. The food is OK but the service is great.

Gabriella makes this place as obviously it’s fast food so how good can it get? No matter how hectic it got, she always kept a smile on her face and kept her cool. The manager could learn something from her. In this day and age, it’s nice to find people who are willing to help beyond their job and smile while doing it :)))

I go here once in a while because the one on the corner of Mission and lewelling sucks. But this place is not as bad. The gal in the morning is not very nice to me for some reason but the night crew are pretty good. Food is not always perfect but it will do.

I’ve patronized jack for decades but not much recently. after each visit, i know why, the food s… eats: outlaw burger(3.49) dry burger patty with a fried onion ring, bacon strip, tomato, cheese, and some sweet tasting sauce on an undersized soft bun. everything tasted good except for the burger patty. 2.5 stars crumbs: –service not a problem –didn’t taste like a burger.

Terrible drive-thru set up. You can’t easily exit back to Washington, you must drive back into the shopping center. Make a U-turn, and then proceed to the exit. Why? Why would they do this? My food was cold before I got home. Soggy, cold 99cent Tacos are never tasty. Oh well, next time; if there is a next time, I’ll just dine in. Friendly staff though.

What part of «fast» don’t you people understand? In the time it took for them to make my drive-thru order, I could have walked to In & Out and back. And I mean the original In & Out in Baldwin Park, Calif.

I had never physically entered this Jack — I’ve driven thru since 2000, but after taking my sister on a sideshow of the 99c only store’s humongoid, crowded, long-lined, madness, dont park your car near it — we needed a 99c two taco meal. Its actually nice inside. I wouldn’t mind going on a date here. Décor for a fast food place kinda like how safeway upgraded itself. There’s a ordering kiosk, which is nice and you can edit your items to add sauce, no tomatoes, etc.

This is the most decent Jack in the Crack in this area because the employees know what their doing. The most recent discovery is that they have a machine that you can place an order before you go up to the cashier counter. Isn’t that cool or what? The lobby is a lot bigger and most of the times the tables and chairs are clean. =)

Hadn’t planned on writing a review for this place when I drove into the drive-thru. I was super hungry after an appointment with my son, so I pulled in and ordered some french fries for the munchkins and some mozzarella sticks for me. Since they always make the items to order, it takes a little time. After sitting at the window for a few minutes, the girl pulling orders realized that they accidentally put something else down than what I ordered. She and the manager were quite apologetic and quite effecient in taking care of me. They got the fries for my kids, gave me a drink along with the mistaken item and then brought my correct item out to the car a few minutes later. They also gave me a coupon for some $ off a future item. I wasn’t even upset… cause hey… mistakes happen. They were very customer service oriented and what above and beyond to take care of making up for their mistake. Oh, BTW, the mistake item they gave me was the fried macaroni and cheese. Ick!
