A++ Service, fast, reliable and would recommend to anyone looking to replace a car window! I had my car broken into and needed to replace the driver side window, brought my car in and was out of there within 45min. Great service at a good price!

We recommend this company without hesitation. We had our truck’s passenger side window broken into and it needed to be replaced. We called and got an immediate appointment. They were polite and very professional. They replaced the window in 45 minutes. The price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again, if necessary.

Really great customer service! Made an appointment over the phone and went in the next day. Had to get my windshield replaced cause of the typical «6 wheeler rock» situation. I looked around before making the appointment and everyone was charging $ 220+ (sigh). So when I called Kuttek they said it’ll only be $ 165 (or something around that).
I left my car at the shop while I walked around (FYI, the Ghirardelli factory is around the corner and they have an outlet shop inside!). It took them 1.5 hours to get it done, no biggy. BUT I did come home to a little souvenir. there was a soft baseball in my cup holder. cool. Gave it to roommate’s dog. haha

I’ve got a fleet of over 20 vehicles and Kuttek has logo’d all of them. They have come to my office to do the work saving me precious time. They material they use does not fade or peel, everything is straight and they remember what I like so all my vehicles look uniform. Works for me.

We bought our car here for Sam do the wrap. It was a very complex work as our trade requires a little bit more of images. Sam is a very helpful guy, he helped us from the design until we were out of the door. He also made sure that we were happy with the end product! We definitely recommend Sam for your car wrap.

Good place to get your windows done! I had to replace my rear window on my bmw x5 and this guys gave me the best deal ever. I was ready to spend a fortune on this window since it was the rear heated window and of curse it’s a bmw, but they gave me a super good deal for the window and installation. Definitely recommend this place.

I work in the marketing department at Luminalt Solar. When it came time to have our vehicles wrapped about 6 months ago we used Sam at Kuttek Werks. His work is pristine. I recently went back this week to wrap 2 more vehicles. He completed one in a day and again, top notch work.
We won’t use anyone else for this service, there is no reason to. I work in an environment where customer service is everything and Sam runs his company the same way. He is thoughtful, honest and patient. I wish all of our service providers were as wonderful as Kuttek Werks.

The customer service at Kuttek Works is unbeatable. This is a family-​owned business and it shows. They treat customers fairly and if there’s a problem, they take the customer’s perspective.
About a week after they replaced my windshield, part of the external frame around the windshield fell off. I had assumed it was due to something the tech did or didn’t do when replacing the windshield. They took full responsibility and fixed it promptly to my satisfaction, even though it’s not entirely clear that it actually was «their fault.»
Not only is their customer service fantastic, but their prices are incredible. This is a winning combination and I highly recommend Kuttek Works.

Called to get a quote for my Honda pilot windshield replacement and guy was rude on when answering. Wanted to charge my $ 275 when at California auto glass in San Francisco only charges $ 180. Worth paying toll and glass to save $

Sam is the man! I went there to have some things done on my vehicle for my business and he went way out of his way to help me come up with a logo design. To top it off he knocked it all out in one day! Very happy! Thank you Sam!

Kuttek is pretty awesome.
My BMW needed a new windshield. Rather than make an insurance claim and pay my deductible, I concluded it would be better if I paid for it out of pocket. After searching around for a reasonable quote, Will provided me with 2 options, depending if I wanted the generic glass or the BMW OE glass. Being how anal I am about my cars, I got the OE glass and the estimate came in hundreds of dollars less than other places. Will also hooked me up with a free mobile install.
On installation day, my phone was dead and the installer could not get a hold of me. When I got back in touch with them, the installer was already at another job, but came back to do the job later that day. Talk about service! My installation also comes with a LIFETIME warranty, as long as I own the car (which will be forever.)
Next time I need a windshield, I know where to go.

I can’t even begin to explain how angry I am. Two weeks ago I called to make an appt but their «tech» apparently wasn’t working the shop all week. With my crazy schedule I can only come on a Sat so made an appt for today. Came here and NO ONE IS HERE. Apparently they closed up shop for the Labor Day weekend and didn’t bother to call any of their appointments to let them know.
For such a highly rated business with «great» customer satisfaction, making sure appts are met would be the FIRST thing you should do.

Alright… I can’t say enough about the customer service here. Shortly after leaving my last review here, Kuttek contacted me and told me they wanted to make things right. I personally thought I left a good review, but I think they’re striving for «EXCELLENT» reviews, and now, I can go ahead and do that.
Will apologized for the «defective» rippled glass and assured me I will get OEM quality glass. We set up another appointment and went from there. I brought in my car, Will personally showed me the new glass and had me inspect it and then MaryLou drove me back to work, picked me up a couple of hours later and wallah… no more rippling on the windshield!!! I received OEM quality glass and experienced customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Kuttek… I will be referring all my friends and coworkers to you guys!
