Louise was referred to me through a friend. But I have to say after my experience this year I will NEVER use anything other than TurboTax again. Everything was super last minute, nothing was convenient, I received a notice that I still owe money to the government and the worst part was she never meet with me in person. Whats the point of having a PERSON if they never even meet with you?
