I feel so sorry that this is a cute little store with all of the hello kitties and other plushies, but with such horrible customer service! I went in there because I was considering on buying a little hello kitty plush for room décor! When I walked in, the chinese man at the register just straight up looked at me and didn’t even greet with a hello or anything (like good customer service is supposed to do). Then as I was looking around in the store, the man just stood up from his chair and still didnt say a word to me and started looking at me at everywhere I went in the store (basically watching me) as if I might steal something! I was really feeling awkward being in there and just decided not to buy anything and just walked out! The store needs better customer service than just that one nozy and impolite chinese man!

I am sorry I have to review this place. I went here with my daughter to buy a Micky Mouse (going through a phase) and when I went to buy it, the Chinese angry man working there said he was going to charge me $.50 for my transaction that was $ 15. I asked him why because the sign behind him said that there was a $.50 charge that only pertained to purchases under $ 5. He said because the bank charged him so he charges me, I said, would you rather lose $ 15 than gain $.50 and he said yes. I put the damn Micky Mouse down with my daughter screaming and went to the place next door. Not how you do business. barf.

I have been to this store at least since it was open, and I bought a few things here, now not so much since they won’t have everything I’m looking for.
All I have to say its good to come in here at least to just look just because you may find something for someone that is interested in what this store has.

Been coming here since 2000, always find something to buy here! Little hole in the wall, worth the visit!
