I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time today. No apology or explanation other than he was on his way and would «be here in 5 minutes». When the doctor did arrive he spent 15 minutes talking to his staff about the remote control for cable box while at least 3 patients were in rooms waiting for him. Patient care should come before which channel to watch on daytime TV. He was sneezing and coughing into his hand before examining me and said he had a cold or something and there were no hand sanitizers anywhere. The office also does not retain medical records over 2 years! So even if you’ve been to this office before they do not retain your records. This doctor has the personality of a sample cup.

I have had a total of three visits at Dr Misra’s San Leandro office and each visit lasted approximately 2 hours from the time of my scheduled appointment. The waiting room is generally over crowded and the staff is not responsive to the needs of the patients. I was literally left on a table after being prepared for a procedure for a half hour without anyone checking on me. I had to hold the swab that was inside of me, clutch the drape around me and open the door to ask the staff when the doctor would come for the procedure. He never came and I was forced to leave. I was not questioned when I left, nor did anyone try to dissuade me or give me instructions on the side effects of the numbing medication I was given for the procedure. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
