I didn’t (yet) buy a car from them, but I did go there to see a car that I’m interested in. The salesperson immediately handed me the keys, let me inspect the car, and let me go for a test drive (upon checking my ID of course). There was absolutely no pressure from them for me to purchase the car upon my return. The car drove great and seemed in good condition mechanically and aesthetically. Of course, it’s a used car dealer with no warranty (on this particular car), but if this turns out to be the right car for me, I will not hesitate to return and and purchase from Platinum Motors (assuming they let me get the car inspected at an independent shop at my own cost of course, just as I would do if purchasing from a private party).

Work with Boris! I’ve been looking for a BMW 5 series with the right trim and color for months. While he didn’t have the car at the time I inquired (because I’m picky just like I am with my food), he did everything he could to find it ! And when he did, he made everything easy from beginning to finish. He genuinely cares which is hard to find at dealerships today. He also let me test drive with no pressure at all!
I recommend anyone go here but make sure you ask for Boris. He’s the owner.

I just bought my GS350 2013 Lexus from here. Boris is the man he helped me get exactly what I wanted and made it super easy. Also made sure I understood everything I was signing which also made me feel comfortable. I still call him with any questions and he’s always pleased to help and give me references on places to get work done when needed. Also I got the best deal possible for the model and make of car which was exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend coming to these guys first

I went down to Platinum Motors a few weeks back. I was helping my nephew purchase his first car. Boris, the owner, he is great! He greeted us and help us out from test driving and paperwork. Answered all our questions. Made us feel super welcome and comfortable. No hassle buying! Overall, great experience at a dealership (and we know how dealerships can be sometimes).

I liked the service, they are friendly and also have people who speak Spanish! They have very nice cars and a great price, mine was a good deal!

I bought a conversion van through Platinum Motors about a year ago They were able to get me a loan and a great deal. They also provided customer service such as picking me up from my home so I didn’t have to take public transportation to the car lot to pick up the van. Boris worked very hard during the whole process and his team helped as well. I’ve had a few issues with the van in the past year but it is a 16 year old used vehicle and sometimes you are taking a risk with a used car.

I recently purchased a car for here. I received decent service until the manager came. I don’t remember his name but he made the situation immediately uncomfortable. He seemed bothered to even complete the paperwork and made me do all of the work getting the information needed form my loan agent to himself. Besides the 4 hours I spent as he took his time focusing on everything else besides my sale. When I drove off with the car, no more than 2 DAYS later the check engine light comes on.
It turns out this place decided to clear the system by cycling the battery so that the check engine light would stay off long enough to buy it. I know this because when I took it in to the dealer to get repairs (so far amounting to more than $ 500.00) they informed me that the errors have been on the computer before.
Of course the give you the car to test drive with the gas on empty so that you cant actually test the car out.
I learned my lesson and will never purchase anything from this company. DO NOT trust these guys. I hope the better business bureau investigates their sales practices.

First time review but my experience warrants one. I bought a used truck today and felt like royalty driving home. Super good deal! Boris treated me like family. No pressure, no sales tactics, just straight up HONESTY throughout the whole process.
I work in construction and noticed the work being done. The new showroom is gonna look very clean when it’s done.
I highly recommend paying Boris a visit. There are some bad ass cars on the lot (SRT’s, Audi, BMW’s, etc.) that will probably be scooped up soon!
I will definitely buy my next car there. Ask for Boris, he’ll hook it up!
