I started with Dr. Bich Nguyen fifteen years ago. Dr. Bich and her staff were awesome. Very personal and high quality service. When she retired, she turned her practice over to Dr. Stephen Ching.
Change is hard for me. It helped that Margaret and Lisa stayed. Dr. Ching has been exemplary. He explains what he’s doing and what you should expect.
In the past year I had two crowns removed/​replaced. The temporaries were done very well. I’ve heard horror stories from others about having crowns replaced.
It couldn’t have been easier (for visiting a dentist). We’re scheduling a third and final crown this summer. I look forward to it, since it’ll be my last forever.
A dentist is like a priest and tax accountant. You find a good one, you stick with him or her.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff provided quick and painless dental work, in my case, a filling at a fifth of the price of the crown another dental group insisted I needed, and right away, in a no pressure, totally professional environment. My previous regular dentist had my trust for over twenty years before he retired. now I have a dentist I feel good about trusting to take care of my teeth for the next twenty.
