Love this place! Their breakfast combos are cheap and delicious. Then, I also tried their bacon cheeseburger and they are also very good. Hands down I would go here for breakfast before going to Denny’s or ihop!

This posting is a misspelled and misleading detour from the real Ronaker’s Coffee Shop. That however, doesn’t matter as much as the absolute lack of ability to properly cook food at Ronaker’s. I’m not talking about; «oh that isn’t to my liking» I’m taking about raw waggly eggs and everything on the plate being so undercooked you won’t want to touch it. For more info see a more complete review by searching for Ronaker’s Café. CHAD

I came here this morning because of all the awesome reviews on this place. They must have changed or the staff was completely different but honestly, I highly doubt that. The food was pretty damn nasty. Really. I like breakfast food and I’ve gone to many other small joints(even in San Leandro) and loved the breakfast food. It’s kinda hard to screw up breakfast. I ordered the biscuits with country gravy and sunny side up eggs & sausage. The eggs I had to send back(and i HATE sending back food) because they were so undercooked that there was mass amounts of raw egg whites on top like giant slithering boogers. Not delicious or healthy. When I asked politely that the egg be left on the grill longer to cook the waiter seemed perplexed. She asked me if I wanted it flipped over twice I said no, I like them sunny side up but not undercooked. She took them back and came back again and asked me once more to make sure that’s what I wanted. Awkward. The country gravy was hella foul. Like chunks of flour and tasteless with cold pieces of weird sausage bits. The sausage itself was weird tasting; it made me want to vomit. Okay, fine. I tried to think of positive things but I really couldn’t about this meal. I gave it two stars because the waiter wasn’t rude and did bring back my eggs cooked slightly better. Will I be coming here again? No. I’d rather stick to Pelton Café, Ploughmans or Fifth Wheel which are all in San Leandro.

Yummy breakfast. I had an omelet with spinach, avoacdo, onion, and cheese. DELICIOUS! And cheap! Open all the time– not much on environment, but HUGE on deliciousness… an old-school trucker’s hang-out.

Great Old school breakfast diner. The short order cook is an egg juggling artist. Love this place. The antidote to chain diners. Probably hasn’t changed since the ’60’s

Can you say Breakfast with Salsa? Ronicker’s is plain and simple: a diner your parents go to. It’s so interesting watching just couples sit and rejoice in their Social Security here. There are good people here! The servers are cherry and spunky. And it truly feels like an authentic old school diner. The food selection is quite ordinary. Nothing special until you asks for Salsa. And then you’ll return again and again and ask for it with EVERYTHING!!! Oh yes, I had oatmeal, cereal, and gravy here; with SALSA!!!
