Great place my husband has ordered stickers, all orders done over the phone and emails. They never disappoint him and he’s soo picky. I’m always the one picking them up. They are friendly.

Excellent customer service and very patient. Very helpful group of people especially when you lack creative ideas. All of my printing needs whether its my son’s sports jerseys or birthday gifts for friends, I am ALWAYS satisfied with the presentation and final production. I’ve been a customer for several years.

This is the only place I go to for custom made t-​shirts. They are the best!
I used to live in San Leandro and have been going here since I was in middle school. I am 32 now and still come here for their service and awesome production. They have been around for a long time and have been apart of the community for years. Now that I live in Pacifica. I still drive across the bridge to get my shirts made here at the T-​Shirt Factory in San Leandro.
The print and quality of the shirts are always on point! Always 100% cotton and there are a great variety of fonts, characters, etc to choose from so you can customize your T-​shirt to what you want.
I’m actually going in today to place another order! If you ever need a place to go for custom made shirts. The T-​shirt factory in San Leandro is the best place to go!

After a horrible experience ordering online from Skyline Shirts out of Florida, a friend recommended T-​Shirt Factory. They were AWESOME providing lots of great suggestions for my 5 shirts. Granted, my job was small and during the slow period, they had it done and ready for pickup within 5 hours with no Rush charges! A wide variety of font, colors, shirts and design choices that is best selected in person if possible. Will definitely use this place again.

Very disappointed with my last experience. I was told by the MANAGER that I needed to have my Christmas order in by Tuesday December 9, 2014 in order to receive it before Christmas. I came in on Monday December 8, 2014 at 2p.m. and was told by the girl behind the counter that orders had to be in by the previous Friday and now they couldn’t make my project until after Christmas. The girl felt bad and went back and forth between me in the store and the manager in the back FIVE separate times. The Manager never once came out to speak with me or try to help me in any way. I would think if you want your customers to repeat business with you, you would have better business practices and professionalism. A smile and explanation from the Manager would have went A LONG WAY. Particularly when the Manager was the first contact when I called inquiring about my project. Not only did she never come out but her behavior proved she does not care about her customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

To everyone complaining about their attitudes need to stop being rude to the employees they’re all teenaged girls. So stfu. The ladies that work there are amazing and throughout with their work. They even let you know before hand if a certain material will or wont work for designs. So of you pressure them to still do it, thats on you. They have plenty of signs that warn against non-​cotton prints. You sign off that you gave them the shirt and it wasn’t purchased from them so the liability is on you. Anytime i come in i get great service and my projects are done in a timely manner. They have prints to choose from and let you see the lettering size. Everything is priced decently also. I would recommend this place to every and anyone

They are the Best in the Business! I have been doing business with them for over 8yrs. Very Professional, with Great production at a timely fashion. 5 Star Service with ah homely feel. They have every font, color and a piece of clothing 1 should need for starting your clothing-​line, family reunion or just recreational use. I recommend them to anybody. My first Unilocal review and I couldn’t be more pleased with the Tshirt factory work. They are designing my basketball team shirts and hoodies and the work came out really nice. By far the best pricing I’ve found in the Bay Area and I went to a few different places. Good work and I will be returning to get more done

Boyfriend and I visited this shop for the first time recently.
GOOD: I chose a basic cotton tank top for them to put a logo on. It looks nice and I like it a lot.
BAD: THEY LIED AND RUINED A PAIR OF UNDERARMOUR DRI-​FIT TEES. We asked the girl who helped us if dri-​fit shirts will work. She said YES. So, we gave them our shirts to put logos on. My boyfriend signed the waiver. This was a Friday, she told us they’d be done by Tuesday and that they would call. By the next Friday, no one had called and my boyfriend simply walked in to pick them up. They had folded the shirts (likely to hide the damage they caused) and my boyfriend, deceived, did not open them up to view them. When he got home, he realized the damage: On each shirt, the material was DISCOLORED from deep black to a light black almost grey— in the shape of a BIG rectangle across the entire front. And, on one of the 2 shirts, the logo (and discolored rectangle) is CROOKED. So not only do they negligently damage the material of these dri-​fits, these employees didn’t even try to align the logo correctly. AND, it seems obvious that they wanted to cover up their mistakes rather than acknowledge and apologize for them.
It’s unfortunate that I like the women’s tank that I chose because their negligence with customers’ personal items IS NOT WORTH ANOTHER VISIT. Thanks T-​Shirt Factory, for charging us money for you to ruin our clothes.

Don’t trust them! Terrible customer service and printing service. Totally ruined the jerseys with the wrong printing when the order form clearly said «ALL STAR» and they printed «ALL STARS» for the whole team! Plus, the iron destroyed my son’s jersey by applying the wrong temperature. Don’t understand how they claimed professional if a simply stuff like this cannot be done. They also used the first jersey to test the iron temperature, which an experienced expert wouldn’t make such rookie MISTAKE like this! When I complained, they said I already signed the paper and nothing they can do about it or no discount whatsoever. They don’t feel sorry for the mistakes they made. I will file a complain and report to the consumer rights group in CA and also national customer rights agency. Such unprofessional store should not continue to serve customers!

Love this place and all the ladies who work there. They’re all helpful and get shit done. Prices are great for custom anything! Go here if you want anything from a custom shirt to banner.

Oh man I almost missed this place because (depending which way you’re coming from) they are literally right before you go under the overpass or right when you pass it. They were very professional and had no problem showing me all the different fonts, how they would look, etc. Basically the samples, they make sure you get what you want and get it when you need it. You can either bring your own clothing or they have shirts etc available. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody!

Compared to my first custom shirt shop experience, this place is amazing. Local (parking is a bit awkward, but small sacrifices, right?), friendly, and apparently the only single-​order place around anymore. I went in to have a shirt made and– even thought it was one thing-​expected them to take a week on it. Two days later, even after needing to special order the color and shirt cut, it was ready and exactly as I had laid it out. They have you look your requirements over before signing and paying, but I still expected maybe the font to be amiss. Nope, they have font size displayed and everything and even measure the lettering themselves if you’re unsure. Decent pricing. It’s a really great shop and I’ll be trying them out again soon.

They have done all my t-​shirts, sweatshirts, etc. with the Daystar Roofing logo & letters, never had a problem, did good work, where efficient, kind of a mom&pop shop, would recommend.

This review is long overdue… I definitely recommend their shop! Great customer service! Finished 15shirts within an hour for me! Very affordable & accommodating!

This place is pretty good. They are very friendly and make quality product.
You can get screen printing, dog tags, lettering, and stickers. Everything is top notch.
My orders have always been speedy. If there is ever a problem, they’ll contact you right away to fix the issue.
