Your Way Fumigation

This company was the subcontractor for Western Exterminator to get our home tented for termite like bugs. There had been almost no communication regarding the specific nature of the tenting procedure (the house is a houseboat, sort of) so they were not able to tent the garage (vines growing up it) and they showed up and then became afraid they would need a permit. We had gone over all of this with Western for a month before then tenting occurred. We had some problems related to a storm that happened in the middle of it (not their fault) but they were very uncommunicative in helping solve the problems. They missed appointments, gave me misinformation and did not show for a specific appointment to solve some of the issues. The worst of all is they could not use our hillovator (like a small car to transport equipment up a hill) because of the storm, so they broke a key in it trying to turn it on, then took the lock mechanism to be somewhere to try to fix without even calling me. I happened to go over to see what was going on and noticed all that plus the HUGE mess they left. Once it was repaired by my repair man, they went in (even though they didn’t say they would) to get their equipment and bailed out. It was just a huge pain in the neck and I am not even sure it was tented correctly due to the storms. the manager never returned calls and the secretaries are stuck in the middle. Months later there is still some of their stuff there.
