We recently spent six months at Bay RV park. The park is clean and well-​maintained. The office is open seven days a week which is extremely convenient. The owner is courteous and responsive and cares about her customers. She make sure that the tenets maintain the sites they rent according to the rules but is also flexible to the needs of the long term RVers. There is no pool or recreational area but the rate is extremely reasonable.
