Joe is the best around! He is honest and trustworthy. He helps me understand the best solution for our budget and understands that.
He has done everything from fix our foundation to re-​doing our bathroom. I hope that if we ever move he can come help when we need!

Joe Hocker is amazing! He is the NICEST and most honest man I know. He and his crew are also VERY clean and make considerable effort to clean up after themselves so that you can come home to somewhat reasonable chaos during your home improvement project.
Joe has done several home improvement projects for me and I have referred him to SO many people and everyone thanks for me referring him. He’s very busy though so if you want to have him do a big project like a kitchen, get on his calendar about 6 – 8 months in advance! The craftsmanship is worth the wait.

Joe and his team redid my bathroom and installed canned lights in a few rooms. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work as well as the professionalism of him, his team, and subcontractors. I plan to leverage Joe to renovate my kitchen and dining room as I know he’ll do a great job. He finished the project early and on budget, which tells me that he has done this a long time, runs his business well and knows what it takes to get the job done. I recommend this company to anyone wanting quality results and to work with someone you can trust. It was nice to get a Christmas card from him as it shows he cares about his customers.

I’ve known Joe for more than 25 years (he’s a friend of a friend), and years ago I recommended him to my landlady when we needed repairs around the house. From there he went on to do work for my parents, their friends, their neighbors, and their friends’ friends and neighbors, all because of positive feedback and word of mouth (Oh, you need someone? You should call my guy Joe). Joe’s good at his job, he’s good at communicating about his work (so important!), and now that I’m a first time homeowner, Joe’s the guy I’m calling to take care of things at my home! You can hire him with confidence.

This is the second time I’ve used American Property Services Plus for smaller jobs around my house and I’m completely satisfied. When I plan on having my kitchen and bath remodeled, this is the only company I will call.
The owner, Joe, is completely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and respectful of the home owners wishes. As he did the first time I used his company, he arrived on time, completed the jobs on budget and surpassed my expectations. What I really appreciate is his honesty in letting me know what he can and can’t complete — he advised me to work with an experienced plumber for installing a tankless water heater when I’m ready to do this project.
There isn’t much more than I can say about his work — it’s excellent.
