It took me a few emails and phone calls to reach Paula; but once we connected, she was super nice and responsive. My front screen door was happy to meet her. Thanks Paula!

First off, I googled ‘screen repair’ & found this company on a SLO Chamber of Commerce site, not even an actual screen repair web page. So since it was one of the first to pop up I went ahead & left a message on the voicemail for the ‘Fresh Breeze’ owner to call me back w/​information. And then I continued to keep googling SLO County screen repair services. Scrolling through & checking out there fancy shmancy websites, comparing prices, reviews, locations etc. I called a number of local services & either got a few short responses of «no we don’t service the Templeton area» (even if it said SLO County) or the prices were so outrageous to fix my screen, I could have just bought a brand new one.
Within a few hours the owner of «A Fresh Breeze «, Paula, called me back & regarding my voicemail I left from the Chamber site. I was so happy to hear such a pleasant voice on the other end! She gave me 3 different times & dates she’d be in my area w/​her mobile service to choose from.
She & her partner Were at the appt. right on time (& my house isn’t super easy to find either) w/​there screen mobile van stocked & ready to go to work! Literally less than ½ hour later they were done repairing my screen door to perfection, Looking brand new!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone! They come to you, reasonably priced, fast & very professional service! I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Amazing service! We had no way to get our big screen door to a shop in our local area (AG). So there it sat for a long time.
Luckily we heard of A Fresh Breeze, and called. I got an almost immediate phone call back from Paula, and set up a convenient time to have them come out when they were in our area. Their mobile service is fully equipped, and our screen door was like new in no time. Such a reasonable price too.
They set the door in its track and made the necessary adjustments to ensure the door would slide easily to open and close. Such professional and friendly service. Recommend them for sure!

I had a flawless experience! Paula and Doug are easy to reach, professional, punctual, thoughtful, affordable and I am very happy with their work. They are a turnkey operation and great team to work with.
Paula accommodated my tight schedule and her and Doug were at the house the NEXT DAY measuring, building and installing the screens. It was amazing! Their mobile unit is well equipped to handle unanticipated challenges as they arise. I felt so comfortable with them that we ended up building and putting screens on another area of the house I didn’t expect to screen.
Doug and Paula arrived on-​time and were some of the most pleasant people I have worked with. They answered all my question and were great communicators — I am the type of person that appreciates «play-​by-​plays» and enjoyed learning about the process. They taught me how to remove and re-​install the screens correctly for the next time we wash our windows.
It would have been an absolute nightmare to measure, order, pick-​up and install the screens myself because of the style of windows we have. I was so relived after speaking with Paula during the scheduling process and was elated with her and Doug’s finished product.

We recently moved to the area and I was shocked at the lack of screen repair companies! Luckily I found out about A Fresh Breeze from a local window cleaner. Paula took my call and was super friendly. They came out that weekend, looked over the house and gave us a quote before any work was done. The quote was VERY reasonable, as my husband had just completed a few of the screens on his own and to do the rest of the home it would have cost much more than what A Fresh Breeze quoted us. They took a few hours to complete the whole home and their work was excellent. The windows look SO much nicer with the new screens. Highly recommend this company!!!
