This stuff is so delicious and flavorful that I can’t rave about it enough.
I first bought a trio of spices at the San Luis Obispo farmers market (after sampling all of them and making some tough decisions!) and I was very pleased.
The Old Europe is a stand by go-​to in my kitchen. It works with everything wonderfully. the Northwest Seasoning is my 2nd fave (there’s something really interesting in that one that I can’t put my finger on) and it brings something really exciting when I use it.
Now that my stock is getting low, I was thrilled to find this company on etsy since I recently moved away from SLO. I can’t recommend the quality of this company enough.

I recently placed an order with Anna’s Spices in an attempt to liven up my rather bland and boring culinary creations. I now have Anna’s Rub — haven’t tried it yet but I’m so intrigued by the fact that it has coffee in it. What I really want to rave about is the jar of truffle mushroom salt. I have been adding it to my salads and omelets. Some kind of magic happens when the flavor of truffles and the sensation of salt fuse.
I’m looking forward to experiencing the various other spices I ordered!

Anna’s Spices offers unique gourmet world blends of spices and salt. There are 13 spice blends and 7 gourmet salts. My favorite are the Old Europe Seasonin and the California Fresh Blend. Each unique spice blend and salt has been handcrafted from natural ingredients from every corner of the world.
