Cakes By Judy

I should have done this sooner, but everything was so crazy and then we went back home to SoCalifornia. Judy was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with and so personable and calming. I was planning a wedding from four hours away, so I know I was a little stressed, and Judy was such a calming force in my life. From getting to know each other to cake testing, choosing and the day of, she was perfectly professional, dependable and made sure everything was thought of… even things she didn’t need to think of for me. When I came to town for a lunch with some of my girlfriends, I ordered cupcakes so that I could show them all the flavors I loved and let them taste them. She did a great job and they were all so yummy!
The cake was gorgeous, her prices were great. Her flavors were beyond decadent. We both recommend Judy Knapp and Cakes by Judy for ANY event and cake/​cupcake need you have. She even gave me instructions on how to freeze my cake for our one year anniversary, which if September 20^th. We are going to be out of town, so we are going to celebrate it a few nights earlier, so we are excited to try our cake!

Judy came recommended by our caterer and from the moment I met her, I knew she had to be my wedding cake baker.
She is sweet, professional, and bakes because it’s truly her passion. I choose a three tiered cake with 75 cupcakes and all my guests raved about the cake.
Anytime I needed to change the design for my cake, she was responsive and open to the new changes. I was more than thrilled to see the final product and I will definitely use her again for other celebrations.
I felt truly lucky to have found Judy; her prices are extremely reasonable and her cakes are decadent.

Judy was amazingly helpful and so reasonably priced. I wanted a cake or something for my sons 22^nd bday – he goes to cal poly and I live in Sacramento. I only gave her one day’s notice. She was so sweet in accommodating me. Thank you, Judy!!!

Cakes by Judy was the baker for our son’s wedding, and she was phenomenal. Judy created a fabulous multi-​tiered dessert bar that included an absolutely delicious wedding cake and yummy cupcakes. A last minute change in the wedding cake design was calmly handled by Judy, and resulted in a cake that was exactly what the bride had envisioned. Judy was solely focused on pleasing the bride and groom, and held a private tasting event for them. We highly recommend Cakes by Judy to anyone seeking a creative and conscientious Baker that is reasonably priced, and creates the most delicious Wedding Cakes and desserts. She’s the best!
