I called these guys to have them look at a spa that hadn’t been used in a long time. The owner asked whether I was willing to do some work to save some money and then told me what to do to get the spa up and running. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions and giving instructions, all without charging me a dime. That really impressed me. I’ll definitely call again when I need service or more guidance. I guess I think that someone who approaches business that way is going to be honest and helpful when he’s charging, too.
