Fun way to get from downtown to Central Coast Brew(or vice versa) if you time it right.

easy comfortable trolleys, nice people driving them, convenient and inexpensive…

The trolley is one of the best ways to see the downtown SLO area if you tired of walking. Competitively priced, it doesn’t have a large service area, but if you check their website in advance, you’ll see that at fifty cents, it is a steal. The trolley does not run on a long schedule, so make sure to visit the City of San Luis Obispo’s website below to ensure that you hit the bus during its hours of operation, which vary seasonally. Thursday’s, Friday’s and Saturday’s are the most common days of operation, with the service shuttered on a few holiday’s each year.

We used the Downtown Trolley twice on our last trip to SLO. It has a small route, but gets you from«motel row» to downtown. The driver was pleasant, the trolley clean,(no sticky seats) and it comes every 15 to 20 minutes. 50 cents(25 for seniors). The last run is at 10PM.
