Lots of hidden treasures here. I have purchased all kinds of tools here for crazy low prices.

This ReStore is fantastic. It’s beautifully organized and has great stuff. I was thoroughly impressed to find a Powermatic table saw(that I couldn’t afford *tear*). I wish my local ReStore was anywhere close to what this one is.

The Habitat Restore is a great place to go when you are working on projects around the home. I recommend checking out the restore before going anywhere else. If you are creative and can«do it yourself» then you will feel inspired! There are a ton of items from doors, windows, cabinets, tools, furniture, paint, and much more. This is also a great place to donate the items in your home that are still in usable condition, but that you are replacing. That way others may have the opportunity to benefit from it. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure!

At first it’s like walking into an eighties apartment. full of chrome and glitz, with lots of frosted glass and ceiling fans, but closer inspection reveals some useable cabinets, a large hardware section, and cool glass tile. My house needs a rehab, not a renovation since it was never new, but a REHAB. And I say Yes! Yes! YES! Due to my frugality and love of luxury for less, I am sure this adventure will take me to some off the beaten path sources, and this is certainly one of them. Extensive, if somewhat neutral tile selection, yields some great new sheets of tiny square glass tile, at half the price of a big box home supply store. Then I am taken by some dark rich brown engineered wood flooring, but there is only enough for an entryway. But at $ 1.00 per square foot, I would gladly clad my patio with this. They also let me put things on 24-hour hold, crucial for checking measurements and colors. The only reason it gets only 4 stars, is the limited selection. I make my purchase, and best of all, the money goes to benefit Habitat for Humanity, the organization that builds low income housing. Plus, I can donate my leftovers when all my rehab projects are done!
