Can I leave 500 stars? Linda Butler is a STAR realtor on the Central Coast. I have completed 3 lovely transactions with Linda Butler, all which went flawlessly. She sold my 5 unit apartment building so fast, the website and brochure never had to be completed! (It was on the MLS for approx. 2 weeks!) SOLD. Under Linda’s careful guidance pre-​sale, we renovated carefully, and the sale was quite profitable. Next… she sold my home San Luis Obispo, in 5 DAYS after it went up on the MLS. She KNOWS her stuff, she is a class act, to be sure. Very friendly, calm and professional in times when things can get rocky, and just VERY lovely to work with. My background is from Los Angeles and New York City, hence, I am very quick and serious about my transactions. None of the «SLO-​life «stuff here. I have experienced lots of frustrating conversations with some of the «Good ‘Ol Boys «of the Real Estate world in San Luis Obispo County. As a business woman, my first choice is Linda in all property transactions. She is respectful, to the point, and just the BEST that there is. Brava!!!
