Wow. Just nothing but wonderful things to say. This morning was one where my alarm didn’t go off and things were spilling trying to get out the door in time to make it to my first class here. I knew I would end up being late but still wanted to pop into the studio to see when the next class would be. However, when I showed up to inquire, I was welcomed into the class happily with no questions. Although I didn’t experience the entirety of the class, it was by far the most intentional and warming yoga space I’ve ever been in. My heart is full and I can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Peter!

Just did my first class with Krishna and I highly recommend. It was unlike any other yoga class I have attended and the poses/rhythm was very inventive and completely mind-blowing! The space is gorgeous as well… not a bad way to start or end your day. :)

This studio is fantastic. The space is small but beautiful and relaxing. The teachers are all amazing. I have never had a bad class. I take advantage of the community classes that are only $ 5 to drop in. I also love that this studio offers kundalini yoga for the more serious meditators. If you are looking for a place to improve your practice and be surrounded by awesome people check this place out!

Absolutely beautiful studio with very knowledgeable and personable teachers. I highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a true transmission of yoga and not another McYoga studio!

This is a review for the space as well as one of their classes and a workshop. The class was a breathworks class led by Krishna which he only does twice a month. It was amazing. I feel like it might have changed my life a little and I will definitely be going back regularly for his healing vibe. It was not an easy class for me by any stretch of the imagination as I literally sobbed throughout it, and he was supportive, kind and encouraging considering the train wreck I became(apparently that’s a good thing in this class). I think it was his guided meditation on forgiveness that threw me over the cliff where I hung on by my fingernails with an attitude of «Noo-o-o-o-o!»(apparently I might need to forgive some people. Ha ha). I totally judged myself harsher than anyone else there, of course. The other students were super chill which, as someone who is super critical of myself and quite astonished at my own hysteria, something I appreciated. People were very sympathetic and compassionate. Especially Krishna, who said I got vulnerable enough to let those feelings out(the whole point of the class for me, maybe?). Many places where I have gone to yoga classes have other people in the class with me who have this whole«I’m a pro. I do it perfectly and you suck» kind of attitude — they won’t even smile at another class mate or say hello and act like you are doing them a disservice by showing up lest you breathe the same air. I liked that, here, they intentionally ask you to greet your neighbor the two times I went, and at the end of the breathworks class, you hold hands in a circle with everyone and share your experiences with each other. So nice and really grounding in reality. At any rate, the space is super great, with easy parking on the street and kind people in the class. I met the co-owner, Tawny, in a parenting class she hosted there(which was SOAWESOME), and she was super down to earth and sweet. I would definitely take a class with her as well. I loved the high quality bolsters, mats, and blocks and cleanliness of the place was a huge bonus(I loved doing child’s pose in a mat that smells like a mat instead of someone’s ass crack like most other places). I also love the décor. Very relaxing and peaceful without overdoing the whole zen bhudda thing that can turn kitschy if you’re not careful. Whoever decorated it should be commended. That’s not that important unless you’re already feeling uncomfortable, though. It’s something about the place that made me feel ok.

Karesa Bullock is an awesome Bodyworker. The Raindrop therapy was so amazing. Thanks, Karesa, for your loving touch and your sensitivity. You always get my massage«just right»!

This is unlike any other studio in town. Only $ 10 for each class or $ 5 for the community classes. And the quality of teaching is superb. If you want to show off your sweet yoga moves then this isn’t the place for you. This is the place to build your practice, let go of your ego and find solace in an energetically gorgeous space.

This is a beautiful space, kind of unusual but really small. I took a class with Amber and it was nice. She should get at least 4 stars. Peter definitely has na ego, probably bigger than the place. His wife/manager is a little out there for my taste. Anyhow, every class is $ 10. Good for drop ins but no reason to go there too often. No discounts for getting more than one class and some of the other teachers are pretty lame. If you can stand being in the same room with Peter’s ego, please take a class with him. He’s worth 4.5 stars :)

Lovely class with Peter Sterios, beautiful space, focused & friendly students. I found myself as settled as I would be in a my home practice, but delighting in the community practice. I’ve practiced yoga for 20 years all over the country, live in the yoga-rich Bay Area, and have rarely had such a simple and rich experience of my own yoga while visiting a studio. The intentional space and expert guidance will usher you into yourself.

All classes $ 10 except Sunday — $ 5. Believe it. Qualified and genuine teachers. Manduka mats available — no need to bring your own. Small class size. Classes for all here. Even chair yoga Wednesdays @9am.

I had a really great experience with this studio. I signed up for the beginners workshop, it was fantastic! Having been recovering from a back injury, I learned how yoga can be a great tool for injury recovery. I highly recommend it!
