I called Orkin yesterday for an appointment because I had a rat trapped in between the hallway and two rooms.
Today when The Orkin man came on time he was very polite and very thorough, he came and he assess the situation very well.
he came to the conclusion that was one rat.
he provided several extensive sticky traps, showed me how to use them where to place them, and said this would be no charge to me.
this was very refreshing, if the problem escalates I will call back most definitely because I had a lot of faith and trust in him and what he said. it’s very nice day and times when someone will do something for free! so my hats off and a wonderful endorsement to Orkin and the Orkin Man.
He was incredibly professional and again on time.

Tim got rid of our fleas and our rodent problem. Always showed on time. Great man very knowledgable. Very trustworthy.
A bit pricey though, but it’s the real deal.

I was scheduled for an initial inspection and treatment between 1−4pm. Was home from work the entire time… nobody showed up. Nobody called. I contacted Orkin’s customer care department 2x, and they couldn’t even reach the local office. Here it is the next day, and I still have not heard a thing from Orkin San Luis Obispo. Not to apologize for the inconvenience, and not even to attempt to reschedule. Worthless.
However, Clark Pest was able to schedule me within 24 hours. Now my home has been treated by a competent and responsive firm.
Definitely do NOT choose Orkin San Luis Obispo!
