After calling 6 or 7 businesses and being told no one could get out today to fix my heater on one of the coldest days of the year, I got a call back from Rice Heating and Air Conditioning saying Charlie could come right over on his way to another job. He was able to resolve the problem in just a few minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! Guess who I’ll be calling next time and recommending to my friends!

These guys do great work. Very friendly, prompt and professional. Charlie is the owner and everytime we need help with any of our heating, air conditioning or duct work he does a stellar job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
