We recently purchased a home with two decks. We were advised by our home inspector to have a specialist look at a crack in one of the decks. Bill did a exceptional job of inspecting the deck. He took the time to explain what looked minor to us could have led to water getting inside the structure of the deck and eventually inside the house. We are average home owners with some basic knowledge of construction etc. I believe that had we not had bill out to inspect the deck a few years down the road we would have had thousands of dollars of water damage that was not even visable from the exterior. I highly recommend his service.
