Wenzel Enterprises Refinishing

Steve Wenzel of Wenzel Enterprises came to my home to resurface my fiberglass tub/​shower unit. He claimed to be the authorized repairman for the Jacuzzi brand of tubs and assured me that he was «the best» and that he repaired the work that other refinishers had botched. As soon as he came through my front door, he presented me with the bill, before even starting the work. Once he was done, I paid him and he left quickly, going directly to my bank to cash the check. Soon after he left, I closely inspected the tub and noticed very obvious drips and sheeting in the spray finish so I called him to let him know. He said that was due to the room being too cold (of course, it was operator error, due to spraying too much epoxy on at one time to cause it to run.) If the room was too cold, he could’ve just asked me to turn up the heat. Being dissatisfied with his work, I contacted the Jacuzzi company who told me they’ve never heard of Wenzel Enterprises or Steve Wenzel and that he is certainly not their authorized repairman.
Plus, he got over spray on the floor and on the toilet.
