Martha the customer service attendant is amazing. This girl is happy every time you see her regardless of what is going wrong around her. As a business owner she is a dream employee, always working hard and a smile on her face. Its always a pleasure to see her when she is working. She is just one of those people you seem to remember making the best of her situation. For that they deserve my 5 stars:-) Thank you Martha!!!

This is the closest 7 – 11 to my house so by default it’s the place I go when I’m too lazy to make my own coffee and too cheap to head to Starbucks. For coffee it’s a great spot because it’s always hot and the creamer is ever flowing. My problem is, for being such a small location it’s always dirty. There use to be a young guy working here who was like a 7 – 11 ninja and I never came in to sticky floors and counters. It seem that more times then not it’s just messy. It’s way too small of a store not to be kept up better. I do like that when I’m feeling a little ghetto and want to grab a single beer they have multple selections of single serving liquor options.

This place is so rude! I went today with my son to get slurpees because I knew it would be crowded for 7 – 11 tomorrow, and my 7 year old son accidentally spilled his Slurpee so I told him to get a new one because of bacteria on the counter when purchasing the drinks. while I was paying my for the 2 drinks she said I have to charge you for another because he got a new cup! She could have told me this before I told him to get a new one, but besides that point why would I want my son to drink off cup that has potential bacteria in it??? These women that work here are so rude! I don’t know why 7 – 11 cannot give another cup because a child had accidentally spilled!!!

By far the rudest staff at any 7-eleven, gas station, convenience store, or anywhere else, for that matter! I dread going here, and only make the trip if CVS is closed. The cashiers don’t greet you, help you, say thank you, or much of anything polite. Most have their friends or family hanging out late night. I briefly met the owner, and I’m pretty sure he is only concerned with making money and not the way his customers are treated. Overall, just a terrible experience every time. And I’ve been at least a dozen times.

Stopped by to grab a big gulp. Walked in on the clerk laughing at a customer who was asking about sweet tea. After an incredibly rude response about a bathroom I walked across the parking lot to subway. Stay away!

Cleanest, Friendliest 7 – 11 in the area. Good customer service, stocked fridges, fresh coffee. My roommate buys camels here all the time. Hidden by Mariah’s breakfast place.

Friendly staff. Small store which limits choices. Never go on a hot Friday afternoon once school has started or you may be trampled by the student stampede to the slurpee machine. If you see mini vans and SUVs’ in the parking lot it should be a red flag to be concerned about your safety.

I often forget about this 7-eleven because it’s not in the path of any of my usual routes but 15 minutes before the mega lotto numbers were picked and dinner cooking in the oven, I figured this was the best spot to pick up what I thought was going to be a winning ticket. [sucker!] When I read David M’s previous review, I couldn’t help but laugh because this was exactly what I had experienced. Seedy characters chilling in the parking lot, high school kids jumping into moving vehicles and someone leaning on my car when I returned asking if I had any spare change. You know, an experience. =) While the store is kept clean the clerks I’ve witnessed are often expression-less. My goal is to make them smile. =) One day…

7-Eleven is 7-Eleven. Seedy characters… Suspicious clerks… Slurpies. 7-Eleven is always an experience. But this one in particular is good(good as 7-Elevens go anyways). Admittedly, they probably get an extra star for being within walking distance of my house, but hey, that’s convenient. The staff are friendly, unlike most 7-Eleven clerks who eyeball you while probably clutching a shotgun under the counter. If you live in the San Elijo area, you’ll love it. It’s close, clean and convenient. AND, this is the only store I know of that stocks Bing Energy Drinks in their refrigerator. Bing e-drinks are all-natural, low sugar, and flavored with real cherries. Great alternative to the overwhelming taste & sweetness of Red Bull, Monster, etc.
