BOOOOOOOOO Baskin Robbins. Daughter wanted the floor of the month (Milky Way) so we headed in. Long ass line… one person working. It was 100 degrees… wouldn’t you want some damn ice cream. We wait and wait and the line is barely moving because the family at the front of the line was trying to refinance their mortgage or something. SLOW service… and come to find they are OUT of the Flavor of the Month! Are you kidding me? Couldn’t stand it… left without getting s thing. Suck it Baskin Robbins!!!

This location is bad. Went in last night. No cookies, no flavor or the month, no waffle cones. And this before a major holiday. This is not the first time they have been out of a lot of things.

Go in for a simple waffle cone and strawberry ice cream. Ice was fine, most likely because it wasn’t made here.
Waffle cone ($ 1.29 extra btw) was God awful. Super thick and stale. I went back in to get a cup and spoon and quietly informed the employee (to avoid embarrassing them), she tells me «oh we know, just found out the whole batch was bad» and just walks away to sell to someone else. No apology, no offer to replace the cone, and not even an offer for refund.
Disappointed, most people go to chain stores for consistency not to roll the dice. Bad times, would not recommend.

I love that you can try as many flavors as you want. The flavors are so yummy and creamy. I love wild and reckless as a tangy flavor and baseball nut as a creamy flavor. The banana royale with caramel is such a delicious sundae! My friend got the ice cream sandwich and said it was better than Cream since the cookie was warm, soft and chewy. I love Baskin Robins! The cakes are my favorite too :)

Went in, they weren’t accepting card which is fine. We had cash. I was trying to sample flavors and when I asked to try the thin mint flavor the worker completely ignored me and decides to ask my boyfriend what he wanted. I wasn’t done sampling and the fact that I got completely ignored when I knew she heard me put me in the worst mood ever. I know she had to have heard me because her co-​worker in the back noticed and gave me the sample.

Took my boys here today for an after-​school treat. I hadn’t been to this location in years, but I drive past it all the time. It’s in a strip mall, plenty of parking… really good location.
It’s a typical Baskin-​Robbins. Plenty of choices, some seating, an area to order cakes, and a freezer section. The employee was friendly and ice cream was served quickly. Our order consisted of 3 kid cups (yes, I ordered a kid size!), two were with sprinkles. The total was over 10 dollars. A bit pricey for 3 kid size cups.
One star off for the price and one star off for slightly dirty tables.

You’ve been to one Baskin Robbins, you’ve pretty much been to them all right?
They’ve got the typical yummy flavors of ice cream and cakes and you can try a free sample of any of them with their tiny pink spoons. The woman at the counter was friendly and obliged my two year old niece who wanted to try the cherry ice cream just because it was pink.
Satisfied my little kiddo’s sugary sweet tastes!

So let’s get one thing straight ice cream is always great during those hot summer days and this place didn’t leave my lady and I hanging. We both went in around 4:45pm and browsed and made our selections. The rainbow sherbet is awesome nothing like a icy ice cream during the hot day than a milk based ice cream. My lady chose otherwise the pralines n cream equally good, but I prefer that on a nice day not hot. Anyways our server was very generous and polite the other employees were speedy and very friendly. Overall great customer service people. Not to mention we were told to wait until 5:00pm for their «happy hour» and we proceeded to do so and got our ice cream half off! So you guessed it a second scoop was the price of one, we loved that they let us do this. Nonetheless, employees were hasty and we enjoy the quality of ice cream they keep bringing back to us.

My second time here. The first their computers broke down. They put the ice cream in the refrigerator and asked us to wait. The second time, labor day, they had only one employee who you could see the frustration in her eyes and a big line of more frustrated customers.

The ice cream was good. The problem was the portions were tiny. When you pay around $ 6 for a sundae, you expect the cup to be full of ice cream and not air. Also, the tables and chairs could stand an upgrade. The employees were not customer service oriented at all. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations.

A little over priced for the quality and the service. Nothing special about it that makes it stand out or would make me want to return. Three stars cause kids loved it but came specifically for a banana split only to find green bananas-​no thanks! How do you not have any bananas ready for a banana split? Also lady behind the counter seemed so unhappy definitely discourages me from coming again. I love going to places were people are friendly and you feel welcomed!

Ewww… Was craving a chocolate milkshake so I pulled off the freeway like it was an emergency. I’m 9 months pregnant, so this was important.
Should have known better and turned around, because as soon as I walked in the door, the stench to some kind of sewage overwhelmed me. It was stuffy and stinky inside.
And my 5 $ small chocolate milkshake was terrible! It was runny and tasted like pure sugar. Bad quality chocolate maybe? Anyways it was gross and I ended up throwing most of it away.

Horrible customer service from «Jake.» He obviously doesn’t like his job. Was snappy, rude and condescending. He rudely corrected our pronunciation of an ice cream flavor and proceeded to tell us that they are out of everything. This ice cream outing to baskin Robbins was ruined by Jakes bad day…

I like Baskin Robbins, but this location is horrible. I have been here exactly three times. The first time, I ordered a thick shake. The guy who started to make it stopped in the middle and told his coworker to finish it. They messed it up by adding too little ice cream and way too much milk.
The second time, I ordered an ice cream cake for my beloved. To my surprise, it was a little bit of ice cream, and mostly cake! Are you serious? Close to $ 40 for mostly plain cake?
The third time, after some amazing korean bbq in the same area, I stopped in for dessert. They were out of the prepacked version of my favorite flavor. And they refused to give me the hand-​packed version instead…

A little steep for a scoop of ice cream if I do say so myself. The guy behind the counter was all sighs and grumbling like he didn’t want to be at work, much less deal with a couple of customers. Good customer service is crucial… Yummy flavors though. Chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies and cream are a couple of the best ;)

I love baskin robbins. As a kid I remember my mom taking me for ice cream at their Encinitas location. It is decades later but I still enjoy visiting baskins for a frozen treat. I typically frequent the San Marcos location. The employees are usually friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have never had an issue using a credit card under $ 5 bucks. I leave happy and full after two scoops.
Sign up for their email list and you will receive a buy one get one free coupon near the end of the month. This location also offers a buy one two scoop sundae, get one free on Wednesdays. The store does not have public restrooms.
