Wanted a barstool for my recording studio. They had a nice selection. I found the stool that worked perfectly. That was the easy part.
The hard part was the lethargic and negative energy the sales lady had. Since I was just a small sale of $ 100 I could tell her sales commission radar kicked in and she could’ve cared less about me and my purchase. Slow as molasses to write me up, no customer service skills whatsoever.
She then was going to remove the tag from the bottom of the stool and stuck her scissors between the tag and stool and I had to stop her before she gouged a hole in the stool. No care whatsoever, no thank you, no let me hep you with the door… no NOTHING. Please pray for her.

My family and I recently became home owners and needed some barstools so we decided to look here at casual dining and barstools. We were greeted by a sweet caring sales lady that attended to our every need. She even went out of her way to make sure our barstools were delivered with in one days time. We were very impressed with her knowledge and ability to get the product so quickly to us. She called us the next day when they arrived and we picked them up. We couldn’t have been more happy with our experience at casual dining and barstools all thanks to our sales lady, Joan.

I went into the store the 1^st week in Oct and had great service ordered bar stools… was told they would be delivered by Thanksgiving. Called 1 week before Thanksgiving, and «no, they would be in at end of month». Was told someone would get back to me that day. Now, 1^st of Dec and called again, was told that someone else is handling it and they would get back to me today… I’m not holding my breath. I believe I will be in the store to cancel this week!

This place is terrible. 5 weeks for two barstools, really? The customer service over the phone is terrible. They have three numbers to call in which only one works so it’s a guessing game to figure out which one it is. Needless to say I will absolutely not be purchasing anything else from this company. I have yet to receive my new barstools as they have postponed my delivery date yet another week. Hopefully they can at least deliver some good quality chairs. We will see.

Liked selection but completely unimpressed by sales associate. She was rude, not helpful and abrasive. Even if I had found something I had loved I would never have bought it from her based on her attitude. There were 2 different barstools we were considering but decided against them as I didn’t want to give her my business. Will not return.

I read the previous review and was prepared for bad service, but the manager must have read it too because I had excellent service! He greeted me within a few minutes of entering the store and he pointed out to me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He knew when to leave me to my thoughts. They have a great selection over there. Huge showroom. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for bar stools or dining sets.

I’ve been in this place a number of times and I purchased bar stools there. I stopped by a couple of days ago to see if they could get me some replacement cushions. My experience was completely consistent with my experiences over the past couple of years:
— Plan on no one being available to talk to you.
— Plan on not being greeted.
— If you are somehow able to catch the attention of an employee, plan on them not being very interested in helping you.
— After five or ten minutes of wandering around and being ignored, leave, and figure out where else you can take care of the task at hand.
