The hotel was clean. Very overpriced for what we got during our stay. And we left Our iPhone charger after we Checked out. I called as soon as we realized if(maybe 5 hours later) after I had searched all bags and belongings. I talked to the front desk person and she claimed everything is turned in by housekeeping staff once they clean a room. But– nothing else. I told her again I know that the charger is there — she again told me the same thing. On top being overpriced, Rude, they give very little in terms of comfort or anything complimentary.

Staff was completely rude. I’m a platinum elite member and had simple questions when using points for my stay here. They ROLLED their eyes at the front desk when I asked them how much of a hold would be placed on my card(a fair question, I think). They told me there would be no hold for incidentals but when I checked my account they had charged me $ 130. I don’t care about how much money you charge me, but TELL me. THEN we get upstairs and my boyfriend went to grab a cup from under the coffee machine in the room. The cup was COVERED in ants. We took a video. I’m disgusted & irritated. Not a way to treat your best customers.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and the bathroom had a large glass shower. Outside there is a gas fire-pit to sit around that I thought was pretty neat. The pool is small and I believe the deepest depth is 3.5′. The hotel grounds are very well manicured and pretty. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is because I woke up the next morning and my back was hurting. I attribute this to the bed as I never have back pain after waking up. However, I could be wrong, and it may have just been a fluke. I would highly recommend this hotel.

STEERCLEAR. They are totally disrespectful to their guests including their top tier Platinum Elite guests and to cover their butts they will lie and change what their story. The manager Kristen has no business being in the hospitality business as she is clueless to what that means. i have ever been so disrespected or mistreated by anyone in the hospitality business as I have here and I travel well over 100,000 miles a year and stay at marriott hotel for more than 75 nights per year.
