This is the best pool hall that I have been to. For starters, the place is very clean and the décor is up to date. The rates are by the table and not by person so it is a lot more affortable. The owners are very nice and welcoming and the vibes are awesome… I’d highly recommend this for a good night out at an affordable price.

I’ve been looking for a decent place to play pool ever since Joltin Joes in Escondido closed down. After doing a search for nearby pool halls, I came across this place. My wife and I went and played pool here today, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the price was reasonable. I don’t play pool often, so this place is perfect for the casual player.

This place is fantastic. My roommate and I stumbled across this when we were going to 7-​Eleven next door. Since then we have been here about 7 times. They have billards and Foose ball. Great drink selection and great rates. Join the program and get the deals if you go often.

Went to this pool hall recently and was very pleased with my experience. It’s very clean, well lit, the tables were nice, and the customer service was good. We live in Oceanside and we haven’t found a good pool hall close by until now. Look forward to coming here in the future.

Honestly, not the best pool halls that I have been to. I like Que Billiards in convoy better cause the balls and cues are much better. But they have nice table and environments, plus the service was pretty good. Nice owner and close to my house so i’ll be there often. Also they have a points accumulatives system where the more you visit you can get free hours which is nice. Totally recommended.

If you decide to go here make sure and track your time.
I called my buddy to ask if he wanted to play pool at 7:15. Drove to his house to pick him up then headed to the pool hall and played one game. When we left the guy up front charged me for a half hour and said we had been there since 7:10. When I realized what had happened I confronted the guy and he gave me a few dollars back but did not own up to the mistake.
I used to love going in and playing one game every once in a while. It totally ruins the experience getting ripped off even once.
Update: The owner contacted me to apologize and tell me there was a half hour minimum. Had the employee at the time told me that then I would’ve continued to play for my half hour. Instead he lied about the time and told me I HAD already played for a half hour.

Nice tables. Roomy. Clean environment. Breathable. Well lit. $ 13/​hr. Good parking. Open late.

I tried this place twice. The first night was apparently hip-​hop night. To each his own, but the music was just downright offensive — maybe I’m just old. The guy working apologized for it while I was paying and leaving. Also — the tables on one entire side are too close to the wall. If your ball is near the rail opposite of the kitchen, there isn’t enough room for a level cue. (For the more casual pool player, the «kitchen» is the area of the table behind the dot where you must typically break from.)
I figured «okay, I’m old — let’s go on a different night where the music isn’t so bad». Went a second time. This time — tried a table in the middle. Not only was the felt dirty, there is a pole in the way of having a level cue from certain angles. On top of all that, the slate wasn’t even level.
If you’re looking for someplace to donate money to while hanging out with friends, I guess maybe they are okay. If however you actually want to play pool, it’s nearly impossible here. The just don’t have the amount of square footage necessary for the tables they have. Additionally, even though this place is fairly new, the wear and lack of upkeep on the tables is showing fast.
It’s usually pretty hard to get only 1 star from me, but it’s nearly impossible to play on the tables they have with the lack of room around them. This is a pool hall where you can’t actually play pool if you care about your game.

I had a really good time! It’s brand-​new and everything is super clean. Great music and great atmosphere.

I went to Cues for the first time over the Thanksgiving holiday with an old friend and we were surprised to find such a great pool hall so close to us. The owners are pretty much the friendliest people you could meet and the prices are fairly reasonable. They have beverages and snacks available, but I didn’t purchase or look at any of the prices for concessions. I can’t speak to the usual crowd since I only will be visiting during the holidays, but I found the vibe and general quality of the establishment to far exceed almost every other pool hall I’ve ever been to.

I was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the hall. Cool attendant running the place. 9 foot tables are great! No alcohol is fine with me. Could use pizza. The only real problem I had was lack of comfortable space to play. Not a hugh problem if you play during happy hour, but for serious players after 5, I can imagine the butt bumping that will be going on. I will definitely be going back!

This place wasn’t too bad. Some people are happy about not having alcohol here… I on the other hand happen to enjoy a drink or two while playing pool. So that’s why I give this place four stars.
Other than that, the pool tables are the full size. So you aren’t dealing with the small bar tables. They have the weighted pool sticks of different lengths which is absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and got me set up right away. I do enjoy the rewards program they have since you get a free hour for every 10 you play for, if I’m not mistaken. When we went in on Saturday night there were actually quite a few tables open so it wasn’t a problem to find one to play at. Their pricing was weird though because it said $ 5 an hour but it’s actually $ 5 per person.
A great place to play at though. I wasn’t too excited about their music selection since it was the new pop songs, and it gets weird with a bunch of guys playing when some of that music plays haha. I’ll probably be back here, I just wish they’d throw some different music on every once and a while.

This place is chill if you want to play pool and kick it you can play pool all night people are chill there don’t have to worry about not getting a table

I Just Left The Place & I Can’t Begin To Tell You How Fun It Was, I’ve Never Been The Biggest Pool Player In The World But i Do Enjoy Beating My Buddies Every Once In A While & I Had Never Been To A Place In Which They Allow You To Be There If You’re Under 21 To Play Pool. The Tables Were On Point & Everything Was Nice & New The Owner Was Also Very Friendly & Nice. I’d Definately Reccomend To Everyone!

Been here twice already it’s hella chill specially if you have 2 or 3 of your friends that knows how to play billiards!!! Loved the atmosphere, very friendly staff. Make sure you ask for Khalid!!! He super chill and he would tell you all the rules and everything. Plane of countless drink options. Highly recommended. Happy about the fact that alcohol and smoke free. Finally some good entertainment to the area!

Been here a few times. Very friendly staff, very clean place as well! The only thing keeping me from staying longer than I usually do and/​or possibly coming back on a regular is how hot it gets. Although they have AC; they do not run it at a comfortable level. Be prepared to sweat and feel uncomfortable!
