For a quick lunch, I am ok with this place, I would have to be in the area, which is rare. I was around there today and decided«Falafels», which seems to be always on my mind. They are just so damn good. Anyway, I ordered a regular size falafel pita, which was quite huge, BTW, and I was asked if I wanted sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and onions with it, yes, I did. I thought that was cool. Anyway, I don’t really care for their«pita’s» they are like super thin tortillas, not pita-like at all. I also tried their pita chips, which seemed like they just cut some of their thin pita’s and let them go stale and then put them in bags to sell. Horrible. Hummus isn’t too bad, but I think the tzatziki was too creamy, more sour cream like instead of a cucumber sauce, in fact, I don’t think cucumbers were in it…

Was doing my Sunday grocery shopping in the area and wanted to get some dinner to-go. I originally wanted to try out the Hawaiin BBQ located next door to Extreme but when I saw their menu, it all looks so unhealthy. Eeh, so decided to check out Extreme Pita. Sooo glad I did! This place is truly unique AND is good for your wallet AND your tummy! I ordered the 6″ small gyro and you would think that a gyro is delicious but unhealthy right?! Nooo… not at Extreme! The guy added green and red peppers, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese drizzled with a dressing of my choice. You can TASTE the FRESHNESS and all for $ 3.26! You can add two side items and a drink for $ 1.99. It’s the Subway or Quizno’s of pitas. I loved my experience there(don’t know how the service is when it’s busy) but I will DEFINITELY be coming back to try out other things on their menu. They have pizzas and specialty salads, as well!

Pretty cool stuff going on here people!!! It was my first time coming here today and I asked the people what they recommended. The lady told me that since today was a Tuesday, they had a certain pita wrap that was only $ 3 so I went ahead just and tried it, and I told the people there to just surprise me with what they recommended. Upon ordering, they ask you certain questions and such, and it may seem overwhelming, but just don’t worry, cause you will understand it all. I really enjoyed my food. Delicious and full of flavor. They do go overboard with the sauces, so that’s something I will ask them to go light on next time, but a meal without using a fork or knife… AMAZING! When they are done with your wrap, they wrap it up in their paper, and when you are ready to eat, you peel half the paper off along the dotted line, and then enjoy!!! I totally recommend going with the $ 3 daily wrap because that wrap with a soda will only cost you about $ 5, which is nice if you are a student at the local colleges or just on a budget.

Extreme Pita is an interesting concept. Their ingredients and the way they prepare food are all very healthy, and tasty as well. Looking over the health information on the wall, the majority of the pitas or flat bread items are actually good for you. Try the homemade pita chips along with your wrap. I was tempted by the double philly cheesesteak pita more than once — it’s really good but defeats the healthiness concept. The buffalo chicken pita is a better choice. Price is a little high, I would give a better rating if they could streamline the cost of a whole meal some more.

I love this place!!! They pack a bunch of good stuff in a pita pocket and roll it up into an extreme pita! They even came up with some quirky way to eat it in the wrapper. Healthy, delicious food that is inexpensive! The place is clean and people are nice. They grill their chicken in H20! No fat going on my belly. Definitely a great stop for lunch.

A great stop when you’re in a rush and trying to avoid fast food. The wraps are juicy and full of flavor. I was surpised… now I’m definetly a fan. It there was a drive thru I’d go there more often… the parking kinda tight there, but great choice for something different and healthy. Plus, easier to eat while driving than a hambuger!

i loved this place. delicious. it’s cool, they put everything you want in a container with dressing and shake it, then fill the pita. I had the special and it was really good. Great place for lunch. can be healthy too! Try it, you’ll like it.

Extreme Pita is like a Subway or Submarina, but for pita wraps instead of sub sandwiches. You decide whether you want a small or a regular pita and then decide what you want to put in it. There are a ton of healthy choices(and also some less healthy options). They grill your vegetables, chicken and/or beef when you order it. They cook their vegetables in water instead of oil and also have two separate areas on their grill — one side is specifically for meat to be cooked on, and one side is only for vegetables. Although a little more pricey than a sub shop might be, Extreme Pita is a refreshing change of pace for anyone looking for a healthier meal. Definitely worth trying :)
