Terrible service at this Fossil location. The staff was not attentive. They were co-​mingling with each other rather than providing customer service to their patrons. When I went to the register, the woman was too busy chit-​chatting with her co-​workers that when she finally noticed me, she just said «oh» and took my items. In addition, I was not offered a tin… not even a bag!!! I walked out of the store with my items in my hands. You are better off going to the mall and paying retail price with better customer service.

Great service on my Fossil Watch!
I bought a nice looking Fossil watch several years ago, and have loved it since. However, I was a bit rough with it, and broke the band. But, I still carried that thing around, since I still needed to know what time it was, broken band or not.
The battery ended up dying on it, so I figured it was probably past time to get the thing serviced. While driving between Austin and San Antonio, I made the easy stop off from I-​35 to get my watch tuned up.
They fixed the band at no charge, and replaced the battery for a modest fee. I really appreciated how fast they were at switching out the battery.
I’ve always liked Fossil’s style when it comes to watches. They’re nothing too flashy, and they’re generally pretty reliable. I’ve never had a problem with mine!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great experience.
Went in because it was time to get a big boy watch. I’ve been wearing a Nike FuelBand for the past year, and I got what I wanted out of it. I discovered I was a lazy piece of shiz, and I fixed it. Now that that’s behind me, I needed a new timepiece.
Trotted in here on New Years, and it was packed, but there was enough staff to help everyone. A young guy let me try on some watched, gave me advice, and then held the watch I chose while I checked out a couple of other things. Everything was on sale, so I grabbed a couple of items I «needed» for work (leather-​bound notepad, leather iPad Mini cover) and checked out. Quick and easy, and though there were a ton of people, the store remained clean and organized. Will be going back if I need another (fancier) watch.

Please no «Fossil» cracks…
I’ve geeky, in the spirit of my dad. I don’t like keyrings. I like key cases, just like my Dad does. No, I don’t go quite as far as the pocket protectors, just these next-​of-​kin.
Fossil sells them still. And this store had just gotten some in, wonder of wonders. And the staff dug around until they found the inventory that the computer said they had and that they knew they had.
The price was reasonable, the staff were friendly (even calling the Tanger outlet store when they couldn’t find their stock initially), and I couldn’t be happier with my Fossil.
Five stars!
