I was doing a favor for a friend recovering from major surgery.
I only had one of their damn delicious carrot cake cupcakes.
Now I’ve got their loyalty card.

I love the savory sweet dessert options at this cute dessert trailer! The Pistachio Gelato is just slightly sweet creamy cold deliciousness! The Sea Salt Caramel Gelato also sounds amazing and I hope it is on the Seasonal Menu next time I visit. My friend raves about the Maple Bacon Cupcake but since the smell of maple makes me noxious I would not know. But it gave me a great idea for a chocolate cupcake with bacon cream cheese icing!
In addition to Cupcakes, Gelato and Sorbettos they serve iced coffee, fresh squeezed lemonade and Mexican Coke.
It looks like they have about 5 Regular flavors plus different Seasonal each day so call ahead if you want a specific flavor.

The Pistachio Gelato was amazing and I gave it five stars… the cupcake (red velvet) while it was good, it sure wasn’t $ 2.50 good i gave it three stars. I would usually buy a small regular cupcake like that for .50 cents at a bake sale… Come on guys do a research trip to Hey Cupcake in Austin, they have the interesting flavors in a larger «neater» size, instead of the stuff your grandma would make on a typical visit. I know you can blow them away in flavor also! Oh yeah and if you replace a regular amazing flavor for a vegan one I will not be regular, especially when the vegan gives three stars with no good explanation. No love!!!
