Very Disappointing Party Planner service! :(Completely unprepared, the planner showed up late and alone, she didn’t bring a team or even an assistant to help set up for our venue. Table cloths were too long, centerpieces were not prepped, and she ran out of time to set up the background behind the main party’s table… in the end family members had to rush to help set up before guests started to arrive.
In my opinion, the Party Planner service was a complete waste of money, we hired her so that we wouldn’t have to worry about setting up, and that’s exactly What we ended up doing!
On the other hand, the shop itself offers a great selection of dresses, tuxedos, suits, etc. If we didn’t use the (BAD) party planning service then my review would be completely different in the number of Stars. It’s a nice shop with a helpful & courteous staff.
