Went to the print center for passport pictures, what a joke. None of the pictures were the right size, between four of them they couldnt understand why, couldnt figure out how to take the right size picture — had to go next door to walgreens and get it done, and still waiting for the refund. The place is absolutely ridiculous, there’s a ratio of four employees to one customer, yet the customer service is horibble. Avoid like the plague!

This is for the print center: The print girl, I think her name is Jessica… is amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me with a project for a tradeshow that I needed things printed last minute on. SUPERB Customer service. Will ALWAYS return to this print center in this particular Office Depot.

San Marcos, TX
10⁄10 times, Office Depot has had what I need, where San Marcos’s many textbook stores have let me down. It’s not the selection but the service and graveyard-​after-​midnight atmosphere that earns this one only 3 stars.
The store is about as busy as a ghost town, and I feel like I’m the only one in the building every visit. Maybe because of this, the employees seem zombified. They have never acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help, except to ring up my items, as if in a trance. Maybe some cheery overhead music would resurrect the place and bring its denizens back to life?
