Southwest Towing

Despite the fact that I was towed from somewhere with no visible tow signs, I called southwest towing and confirmed my car was with them (8pm) and that I was on the way. Once I got there (8:30 pm) no one was in sight and I was forced to wait for someone to show up. Hope you love your job-​stealing money from college kids by towing ridiculous amounts, everywhere, all the time. I feel like they understand that it isn’t worth it to fight the $ 100 fee for getting my car towed but I’m pretty sure it is illegal to tow from areas without visible signs anyways.

Illegally towed me from my spot that I pay money for at my apartments probably because I drive a vette and some broke tow truck driver is salty. Then he refuses to give me any documentation when I go to get my car back after he damaged the front of it on the tow truck because they didn’t use a flatbed.

Illegally towed me in a parking lot of an out of business store with NO sign to say anyone would tow. Not only that, but I was just around the corner at another business not even technically off the parking lot. Was parked there less than an hour. The lady at the window refused to discuss it with me calmly and instead walked away saying NOTHING as if she hadn’t heard me and PLAYED ON HER PHONE for 20 minutes in the heat while she was supposed to be filling out a form so I could get my car back. It was as if she didn’t know I could see her through the glass. Asked around and friends have had similar experiences and confirmed to me that their entire company is just as rude and greedy, trying to scam innocent people. The manager even lied to and hung up on my friend.
Had to pay anyway because apparently they charge by the half hour and I emptied my entire savings account to get the car they stole from me.
Literally take your business anywhere else. There was ONE friendly, decent man working there and he’s probably not who you’ll be dealing with. Manager and Kim Davis looking lady at the desk are full of shite.

Southwest towing towed my car at the wrongful request of a local apartment complex just doing their job they took the vehicle. Despite having to work with a highly frustrated person (me) who was in all intents and purposes not a customer. EVERY person I dealt with was helpful and nice! Also when the apartment paid for the vehicle to be brought back this company still checked with me before doing anything. This is a good group of honest people.

They were great and very helpful on more than one occasion. I needed my car towed to various mechanics and they gave me a great discount!
