Sue Ghosh, MD

I cannot believe that there are not more review, and good positive reviews for this amazing doctor. I am alive today because of the efforts of Dr. Sue Ghosh. They say you do not have pain with cancer, but I did. She decided to operate and check it out. I did have cancer and she removed all she could find. Then she put me under the care of a Dr. at Loma Linda for aggressive Chemo treatments. In March I will be three years cancer free. She worked with her brother who I understand recently passed unexpectedly and she my be giving up her practice. This is a huge loss for San Diego and the medical world.

Well unfortunately I have to give a bad review. I was all set up to have surgery and ten days before I had to cancel because my insurance changed. I called today to see if she took my new insurance and the lady was horribly rude to me. She stated that Dr. Sue was very, very upset I cancelled, and I guess I had rescheduled one prior appointment due to being sick, if I recall correctly. So the girl went on and on very rude and talking very fast as if I had caused some horrendous problem with their office. I was very surprised by this behavior and was basically told that it would be Dr. G decision if she was to redo surgery appt with my new insurance. But after the rudeness of the girl, which I’m sure was intentional so I could not reschedule, I opted out and told her I would find a new Doctor. Appalled by the behavior and this gives me such a sour taste in my mouth for a Doctor and her staff. I guess people are pricks when things don’t go their way. Cancelling ten days before my surgery is not anything I was in control of because of my insurance change. Thanks for being professional San Diego Center for GYN Oncology. You have no ability to deal with others’ lives, things that are not controlled, like one sickness and the insurance change. You are not living in a world of reality. It’s too bad I had to write this for the whole world to read. Twitter will see this too. Maybe you should be kind to people with circumstances beyond their control. It is people like you who make the world a deader place. No light at all.
