Erika is life. If she does your hair you’ll walk out and find a hundred dollar bill on the floor. When you go to spend it somewhere, they’ll say it’s on the house. You’ll get a call from your employer giving you a promotion and a huge salary increase and a company car. And you don’t even need to drive as part of your job. You’ll win the lottery and didn’t even play. Chuck Norris will bow down to you and kiss your feet.

My family and I have gone to this SuperCuts before, but we will not be returning. Not only did it take 1.5 hours to have 2 haircuts, but I was never called for my cut. There were two stylists on the floor, but only one was helping our family. Unfortunately, this stylist gave my daughter a very poor haircut. As I attempted to speak to the hairstylist regarding the cut she began arguing with me and shaming my daughter. The stylist then blamed my daughter for the «backup» of people she had checked in. After going to another salon to have the cut fixed, we all feel better. The stylist immediately noticed one side was cut longer and heavier than the other. The new stylist was also able to fix the cut to match the request of an asymmetrical bob.

I went in for my redo because one of the stylist did not layer my hair properly and SIERRA did an AMAZING job! I was so happy how she did my hair. I asked for layers and side swept bangs and she managed to fix what the other stylist did not/did do as well as transform all my layers so that they were even and fell so beautifully! I def recommend her and will be seeing her again! Found my new stylist :)

This place is great for a hair salon. Simple, clean and efficient. The stylists are welcoming and skilled at their craft. Jennifer has been cutting my hair for over eight years and does an AWESOME job! Dawn the manager does great work and is a rockstar customer service advocate. Rahila is welcoming and also skilled as a professional stylist. If you simply follow their appointment scheduling process it’s a synch. If you’re a high maintenance, whining, self-centered person who needs immediate attention and can’t get it at this Supercuts; speak with your therapist about it!

I went to Supercuts because I was about to have some professional family photos taken. Erika was great. I asked her for some casual curls and thought she did a great job. She was very nice as well and was constantly asking me what I wanted instead of just doing was felt like. The prices was reasonable as well. I like that their services are a la carte. I can wash and blow dry my own hair and appreciated the savings.

Never again.
I’ve been here twice and it’s pretty safe to say I’ll never go back. The staff is nice enough, but not quite what I would consider «fluent» in English.
The first cut that I wanted was a shoulder-length cut. Pretty simple, no? I walked out with hair that barely hit my chin. It was devastating. The second time I went there (maybe the first time was just a fluke?), despite clearly asking for bangs that started at my eyebrows and went down from there, I wound up with bangs that started at my eyebrows and went up from there (no joke). As you can imagine, that’s something that’s difficult to hide until it grows out.
I don’t doubt that people have had good experiences here, but I don’t think you should have to risk it when it comes to something like hair. Don’t get me wrong, I really like low-maintenance hair. I just don’t think you should have to worry about coming out of a salon with something you can’t work with.

I was a loyal customer over the years, but I will never return. I went in to get a haircut before a wedding which I was standing in. When I sat down, I noticed that it was a new stylist, at least I didn’t recognize her. 1) it took her about 45 min for a standard cut. 2) she did not know how to blend. 3) it was probably the worst cut I’ve ever had. When I was paying I realized that someone was shadowing her. She was in training. I wish I would have been notified of that before hand! Sorry, that’s NOT cool.

It is not horrible, but every time I go there, I feel like I get a sub par haircut. Convent –yes, price is good too, but not spot on for a good haircut. Not going to go back.
