Don’t know why it took me so long to write this review considering I’ve been coming here since they first opened with my boyfriend. This is my go to place whenever I am craving wings and pizza. This place is easy to miss but by far some of the best food I’ve ever had, everything tastes so fresh and there has NOT been a thing on the menu that I did not like! The owner Scott is so sweet as well as the rest of the staff. They also offer free wifi! This place is awesome and I will continue being a loyal customer, thank you in between!

This place has it all. Great service from people who actually care about food. Their salsa is amazing as well as their chips. They said it’s all made in house. I believe it.
Their Pizza is outstanding!

We have ordered the meet the meat on a few different occasions and it it always delicious! Great service and always friendly staff.

The food is so good one of my kids favorite pizza places… and if you like hot wings this is the place to get them! Fun local restaurant. I wish their website was a little easier to navigate to order online.

We had the best mushroom burger ever in history! Scott was so hospitable, the menu items were terrific and the place was a fun kickback casual atmosphere. At this place you can get great fresh food, and dine in, even if you’re just coming back from the gym!

Love going here before games for the kids and for a great sandwich! Really yummy comfort food at a great price! Friendly owner and staff!

Crust is thin n crispy, sauce is flavorful yet light… great heathier non greesy pizza, and the beer prices are insane. Not many places serve pitchers anymore. Definitely must try… not to mention 6 TV screens all with football!
The owner was at our table making sure everything was ok and gave such a nice personal family experience.

Came here after softball last night and it was awesome. Owner (and son?) had no problem accommodating all 14 of us. Beer was great, food was better and it was very welcoming. I will for sure be stopping in here more often now that I know where it is.

This place is absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. So much flavor. You can taste all the ingredients they use. And the staff is very helpful and nice. We will be coming back.

Heading to the watch the Mission Hills Grizzlies take it to the San Marcos knights and decided to get a pitcher of beer and some pizza before the game. tap selection is good for a small business. We opted for Mother Earth Cali Creamin YUMMMMMMMY! Pizza was good and I also ordered the BBQ Teriyaki wings and they were crispy and tasty as well.
Not sure why this place isn’t more packed (especially on HS Football nights) If you are in San Marcos give em a try!!!

Decided to try this place I pass by it probably 3 times a week. Look promising from the outside. When I walked in the staff we all very friendly, but there was a very heavy aroma of cleaning products. Typically when I go into a restaurant I want to be able to smell there food. So that was a bit of a turn off. There menu is a bit pricy, but they do have deals for a slice and drink guess that is to pull in the local high schools who attend the school in walking distance of this place. The food wasn’t anything to rave over, but they did have some good beer and for the food they need some work. Open to trying again, hopefully there food is better next time.

Overall, really tasty pizza. Sauce has a nice flavor and texture. Thin crust. Quality ingredients. Wings were good, too. Nice beer selection. Employees were friendly.
My only complaint is the awkward set up. When you order your food, they don’t have a counter that you walk up to, just a podium. It’s hard to explain, but very weird if you’ve never been here. There are also two doors; one leads to the kitchen, the other to where you order. Neither is marked very clearly.

The only reason I found out about this place is because of Unilocal,I really like the atmosphere and the great customer service I received, they burgers were pretty good and I love that they have a great selection of local beer. Other than that this place is good if you are craving a burger and do t feel like eating at a fast food place

Delicious, freshly made food. Was a little on the pricey side, but the old saying is true here: you pay for what you get! Staff was super friendly too! We will definitely be returning. :-)

My family and I came here after a baseball tournament at a nearby park. The big selling point for us was the fact that we could bring our puppy with us.
After sitting down we were greeted with phenomenal service with great tasting food!
Will definitely be returning!

Came with the kids and I ordered the InBetween Burger with Tempera Zucchini. It was great! The bun was a toasted soft bread, slightly sweet, a little like Challah or Hawaiian bread. Didn’t really care for the shoe string onions it came with, but that’s ok.
But the Tempura Zucchini! I adored them. They were small slices (rather than long spears) that you could dip in their homemade Ranch. They were yummy. Best to eat them at the restaurant when they’re fresh. Had them as takeout, not as good.
The kids had pizza and they liked it. Tasty crust and the personal sized student meal was great.

I came here with my family for lunch as I was leaving town. They had never been there before, but the Unilocal reviews put it on their list of places to try.
I was under the impression that it was a deli and I was envisioning a fresh turkey breast sandwich. I was disappointed that that’s not what it was, but I was pleased with my meatball sandwich I got instead. Thanks to their staff, I was able to narrow my lunch choice down since everything sounded good. French fries were great, and I’m not even a big fan of French fries. Very different from your normal French fry in the US… it reminded us of a good Montréal poutine fry.
But the 5 stars comes from Scott, the owner. Nice, friendly guy who came to our table to ask how everything was and have a chat. I love business owners that get it, and this guy gets it. I hope his business does well.

I was afraid to eat here as I’m watching the amount of process food I’m eating. it was a pleasure to see no fridge when I walked in. they make there own dough and the sandwich meat is fresh from T&H meeats. I hear the burger s are wickedly good. But I had the turkey open faced with side salad.
The wedge frires look awesome… Better than any fast food place around.
They were quick and offer 10% off on delivering in the area

See this place everyday as it’s close to home and the bf thought we should try it out. Called in our order of one 16″ pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and buffalo wings, and spoke to Tyler who was really awesome. He let us know it would be done in 20 – 30 for pickup. After 25 minutes we went on down to the place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor actually looks very relaxing– their chairs have cushioning and they have those standing heaters! Inside was very inviting. Saw Tyler and he gave us our order. It was a very simple process haha. It was $ 29 for the pizza and wings
The food itself was absolutely amazing. The wings looked dry but as soon as you bite in its an oasis. They are some of the best wings I’ve ever had!
The pizza was fabulous as well. You can tell it was something they took their time on. The crust is a little crunchy with the bottoms being nice and soft. It’s a perfect combination. They did great on getting that extra sauce like we wanted which made me so happy because most places never get enough. It was just amazing and you NEED to give this place a try.
UPDATE**: Just got this for dinner again. Did delivery and paid with my card over the phone. I got same pizza and buffalo wings, along with a cesar salad and a personal pizza creation for my mom. Was amazing once more. Today the wings were a bit hotter and even better than the first time. Everything was quick and easy and they showed up at my house twenty one minutes after placing the order. AWESOME!

I had such high hopes for this placed based on the reviews. Let’s start with the positive…
1. Plenty of parking

Now, the negatives…
The food is simply awful! I don’t know what the other Unilocalers were smoking when they ate the food here (c’mon Unilocalers, I love ya but really?!) but it’s really bad. The capri salad is pretty, but I’ve never ever seen red onions in it. It’s always tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and basil between everything. This had one sprig of basil on top. I doubt the dressing was made in house as it came in a tiny plastic container.
The pizza (and I’m a self proclaimed pizza snob– I’m from NYC, we KNOW pizza!) is just atrocious. The sauce is bland and the crust is like regular bread. It definitely needed to be cooked more. There’s no garlic powder, only parmesan cheese and hot chili flakes. Hands down the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. We saw other people eating burgers and they didn’t look all that great.
Two stars for friendly workers and free wifi. As for the food, nope. Won’t be back.
