Patience is a virtue but working with me over a six month period puts Chris and Vintage Cellars on another level.
From the onset Chris and Co were able to provide construction tips and common mistakes to look out for when adding a new wine room. Vintage Cellars is much more than a reseller and the outcome illustrates it.
We built the wine room with the racks and the design provided by Chris and it looks amazing.
Room climate and ideal conditions have been running for 8 months with zero issues.

Jake Austad and the team at Vintage Cellars customer service went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Starting with the design all the way to installing my wine cellar every step in the process was smooth and painless.
The custom rod iron door they selected continues to get «oohs and ahhs» from people when they see it for the first time.

Vintage Cellars was very helpful in my recent purchase of a cooling unit. In particular, Beverly and Cira hung in there while we worked through a claim with FedEx for a damaged unit. After several months of back and forth with FedEx and with much help from Beverly and Cira we finally got the resolution we were hoping for. More importantly, I have a working cooling unit in my wine closet that is keeping my reds at just the right temperature. I highly recommend Vintage Cellars for your wine accessory purchases. The staff is very courteous and responsive. I will use them again in the future.
