well, here I sit, waiting for someone to come over and do a site survey. Went online to set up service and to schedule a site survey. They replyed with a date of Wednesday, July 1, 2015 @ 10am. Even sent me two confirming emails. It is now almost noon and no body is showing up. I have called the office three times only to get the voicemail. I have sent three emails asking for a reply and an explanation and asking if they are going to show up or not. No response whatsoever!, this must be a sign of the service you can expect if you become their client. I’m sure Byron and Nadine must be related or work there after reading their reviews and my first hand experience. It’s kinda funny. When I was inquiring about the service they were Johnny on the spot. Responded within minutes. Answered the phone. Now that I have taken the day off without pay, I am really disappointed with this service(or should I say non-service). Won’t respond to email or even return a phone call. It’s clear that they don’t care about getting new business and that if you are a customer I’m sure the problems only get worse. Not even a courtesy call to say they can’t make it or are running late. I guess I am not good enough for this righteous service and thus being treated with absolutely no respect or common courtesy. I have never written a review before but felt people need to warned about this fly by night company. Very unprofessional and they do not care about customers or potential customers. I would have given a negative star but they don’t offer that and probably wouldn’t show my review. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I rely on my ability to access the internet as a remote Marketing Manager doing contract work for a big name company. A couple years ago, I moved to a location that didn’t have a lot of options for service. The options that were there were poor and expensive. For this reason I was unable to work out of my home until one day I came across MyEroe. I told them my story and before I knew it, I had service and was able to work from home. Throughout the course of my service, they have continued to do some upgrades and improvements. Any minor hiccups I had was immediately addressed with a quick phonecall or email. Everyone I came into contact with at MyEroe was pleasant. I would recommend MyEroe, great product, great service and great team!

I’m an Engineer living in Gilroy on New Ave. When I bought this home 3 years ago, I searched for the best internet service I could find. Verizon DSL was the only available wired option and I had their highest level of service installed. During peak hours, the service was unusable. Streaming was out of the question at any time. I called support no less than 50 times over those 3 years; with no improvement. My only other option was a $ 300/mo T1 connection that would yield 1.5Mbps. Fast forward to today. I found EROE about 6 months ago after much data mining on many of the speed test sites; made contact; and a week later had a point-to-point wireless connection installed that simply blew the DSL connection away in every way. I get faster than T1 download speeds all the time; and commonly see 2X the speed of a T1 line. I can now stream HD during peak use hours without a hiccup. My ping times are lower than DSL. Not only is the service fast, and the latency low, the customer service is extraordinary in every way. They actually make contact when they do service changes to make sure it has not impacted my service in any way; and are constantly working to improve service levels that I already find acceptable! Great Service, Great Company!
