Tri County Overhead Door

Impeccable job fixing my garage door problem. He actually diagnosed the issue pretty well over the phone. My safety eye sensor needed to be replaced.
His prices are very reasonable and he was very efficient with his repair work. I’ll definitely be using his services again when the time comes.

This is the third time I have had dealings with Tri-​County Overhead Door.
The first time was just a cold contact I made from an internet search for a spring repair issue on a new door (less than a year old) that was installed by another company who flaked out on honoring the warranty… Jason however stepped up and came over the next morning and changed out the parts for a very minimal cost.
The second time (based on conversations from the first visit) we had him over to replace the opener (the people who installed the door had reused the old opener that was in place since in their mind nothing was wrong with it… a year later the heavier door had worn the motor out… Jason replaced the entire opener with a new Chamberlain 3800 series, Wall Mounted motor with direct shaft drive, this system eliminates the long track and ceiling mounted motor clearing the entire center ceiling area… wow the garage feels much larger with an empty ceiling… That said the price was right, the service was excellent couldn’t be more satisfied.
Now comes the third time, new house with old uninsulated door, Jason quoted an excellent price for a new replacement that was fully insulated with inside metal skin and reinforced panel edges. again we also got the Chamberlain 3800 direct drive wall mount opener, the latest version which has higher security remote control system, internet gateway to talk to our iPhones and full battery backup…
I see no reason to stop recommending Tri-​County Overhead Door and Jason since I have given him numerous opportunities to disappoint us and he never has… Kudos Jason… Keep up the good work, one garage door at a time…

Arrived on time as promised, replaced both springs (only 1 was broken) but told me both should be replaced, did the job in less than 30 minutes, offered to check and service my second garage door opener. Very pleased with the service I received and will call back if service needed again.

My property management company hired this company to replace my garage door. Unfortunately for me, he destroyed my garage door opener in the process. Apparently, he cut one of the sensors so that the door didn’t open properly, and wreck the motor because he didn’t install the track right. I didn’t get to inspect the work after he got done because I was living in another state at the time. When I finally got a chance to go to the property, about a year later, I ended up replacing the door opener. I found his work to be shoddy, sloppy, and down right destructive. I guess the old adage is true — if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself, if you can.

I have used Tri County only once, but that experience was great. My garage door had suddenly stopped working and I needed it fixed. I didn’t find anything local on Unilocal,so I used Google. Tri County was the garage door service located closest to my home. However, it was Saturday afternoon and when I called I got no answer. I wanted someone now so I hung up and tried number 2 and 3 on my (Google) list. Same experience, no answer. I was now thinking of calling someone further away, but while looking at my Google map I got a call. It was Jason from Tri Country. Note, I had not left a message, so he was probably responding to a missed call on his cell phone. I explained the problem and he immediately had a good idea of what the problem was. He verified that he had the needed part on his truck and was at my house ~20 min. later. Another 15+ minutes and the door was fixed. One thing to do off my list. :-)
