I can really see the change in my child’s behavior, he is much more engaged and sociable! The therapists are very compassionate and improve my child’s life with each visit! Would definitely recommend this company and their therapists to other parents.

We were disappointed with the help we were led to believe we would receive from class after an extensive assessment process.
We were given a 5 hour a day 5 day a week schedule at their facility requiring significant modifications to our own lives. This was summarily cancelled at 5pm the day before commencement due to some toileting concerns.
We agreed to come in for (another) 2 hour assessment after we asked them to stop wasting our time. Our son had no difficulties, but despite this they still decided not to provide the therapy they had prescribed.
This review is truthful but modified in tone as we received a threatening letter from CLASS stating our initial negative review was being «reviewed by their attorney» so they could get money from us. (so much for moving on).
AS for the free assessment, we have a copy of the bill they sent to our insurance company and we paid a $ 10 co-​pay.
We were offered alternatives we were not interested in.
Beware of CLASS attorney threats if you are not pleased with the way any services are being offered/​provided.
