Never enough cashiers! And please STOP giving long receipts!!! The discounts are usually useless, there are only for CVS brand stuff.

This place is awful. I have a CVS card and received a coupon in the mail. I take the coupon to CVS but can’t use it because I didn’t have my card with me, they can’t find me by phone number either. That was a waste. The people at the registers are so unprofessional. I receive phone calls from the photo department for WEEKS after I have picked up my pictures and from the pharmacy AFTER I have picked up my prescription. I miss LONGS!

There may be a graveyard below this place or perhaps it’s on a negative let line, but this place plus all the other businesses in this center are depressing. I miss the longs employees that smiled, cvs kept the terrible ones, the ones with faces like a long wet weekend. These ones wouldn’t smile at you if you needed a smile to keep from dying. The selection of items keeps getting worse and worse. Just before cvs bought longs they had upgraded the makeup department, now it look like 5 year olds put it together. I could go on and on ragging on this place, but my time us better spent elsewhere. I totally agree with all the other reviews. «where hope goes to die» is an apt description of this hole.

The pharmacy here isn’t open 24 hrs so there should be little reason to enter after 9 pm. Except perhaps to hang out with the three illiterate turds running the joint after hours. Trashy, understocked, poorly organized, and with abusive service.

CVS is terrible. Longs used to be great — when CVS bought them they took out 2⁄3 of the selection, put in bad smelly carpet, and made all the good employees leave. What used to be one of the best drug stores is now the worst. Go to the Walgreens up the street.

Bring back LONGS. Oh how I LONG for LONGS. Granted, I used to have to wait in line at Longs too… but, these folks are ridiculous. There is never anyone around to help you locate anything. The store is stark white and sterile. It is not a pleasant experience to shop here for sure. They don’t even carry carbonated water. I noticed many things missing from the shelves. The folks that work here don’t seem so kind. They must be dwindling away in the abyss that Jennifer L. mentioned too. Try Walgreens just down the road… they remodeled and their employees are nicer.

Don’t bother if you actually need something. Low stock, poor selection, dirty, messy, over-priced, rude cashiers. Need I say more?

«CVS — where hope goes to die.» At least that’s what I kept thinking as I listened to muzak and felt like I was in some sort of depressing carpeted purgatory. This was my third drugstore of the morning, and I was here looking for acetaminophen suppositories for my feverish barfing toddler. A Safeway pharmacist was kind enough to call around and CVS said they had some. Well, they had suppositories, but I didn’t need just random suppositories to jam up orifices, I needed specific medicine to bring my son’s fever down and mama bear was pissed. It took a while for me to get help at this store. When I eventually got assistance, they were apologetic for the miscommunication that caused me to make a special trip for nothing, but still, it reinforced my initial impression that this is where hope goes to die. They appear to have a large selection here, but I’d much rather shop at other drugstores that don’t feel dreary and are more customer-service oriented.
