I tried to engage this service in cleaning my yard in Sunnyvale. I filled out their online form, including my zip code. I received a call from a nice woman in Virginia to confirm my details and get more information. She then forwarded my information on to the local franchise (and this is a franchised service). Shortly therafter, they called to inform me that they do not cover my city. They were very nice about it at least.
I find it annoying that I have to fill in a web form that has my zip code and take two phone calls to be told that a company does not want my business. I’m fine if I’m out of your service area, but I’d expect you to tell me that up front before you waste my time.

I can not say enough about how impressed I was with their kindness and service.

To all those parents whose children begged for a puppy and promised to do everything necessary to take care of them and FAILED — DoodyCalls comes to the rescue. They are courteous, efficient and professional in their service. I live in SF in a house that requires someone to be home to provide access. DoodyCalls arrived at our scheduled appointment. Kudos for their professionalism in not cringing at the sight of my yard! Not only is my backyard overgrown, my son had ignored his chore of scooping poop for quite a number of months. In fact, he actually started the task and left the bag on the patio. Well, DoodyCalls saved the day and cleaned out everything, even UNDER the weeds and bushes. Thank you guys! I highly recommend this service, it’s absolutely worth it!

We call Doody Calls folks the yard ninjas! They come early in the morning and we miraculously wake up to a clean, nice smelling yard.
To be perfectly honest, I thought this would be the biggest waste of money ever. My husband signed up for a 6 month trial and after the first two visits, I was hooked! Now I can enjoy my backyard again and I’m not ashamed to entertain guests outdoors and host BBQs.
I would recommend weekly or twice weekly service, every other week just doesn’t quite cover it for the warm summer months (especially if you have a big dog).
What a great service and a great company! They donate part of their profits to the Peninsula Humane Society (a no kill shelter that provides many excellent services to the entire SF Bay Area). They clean some of our local dog parks for free! They are locally owned. They perform a service that no one else wants to do!
Give Doody Calls a try! Your family, landlord, friends, and especially neighbors will thank you for it!

Who want’s to pick up dog poop? I know my family doesn’t. When we were tired of arguing about it on the weekends, I decided to make the call. There are some other pooper scoopers out there, but I chose the one that made a difference. Did you know they give back 10% of their revenue for new customers for the first year to the Peninsula Humane society? Also they have raised funds for the entire Bay Area Police and bomb K-​9s to have bullet proof vests so kudos to you, DoodyCalls! I made a choice to make a difference in my community. Oh, and the service is great too! The come in marked trucks, fully uniformed and are background checked. They are the scoopers I choose!

Most people don’t bother picking up after their dogs when they walk them in other people’s yards, much less their own yards. However, we like having a poop-​free yard and having dogs. With a new baby and other responsibilities it got to be quite the hassle to maintain the poop-​free yard. My landlady was less than thrilled with my lack of time for this «doody’ as well. Enter Doody Calls — they maintain my dog poop problem for me!
The truck is easily recognizable, the pooper-​scooper is nice and always has a dog treat. My only real complaint is that they don’t come at a consistent time and I like to mow after they have been here so I don’t have to worry about mowing poop. They’ve missed a few a time or two but I’ve also let the grass get a little tall a time or two.
As I understand it, they also do litter box service.
