Drea is awesome. I 100% trust her with my hair. I have had a couple cuts with her and highlights done a few times as well. I always come out of the salon feeling beautiful. She is professional, on time and really listens to what you want to do with your hair. I definitely recommend her! :)

I was really looking to forward to my haircut after all these good reviews, but I could never get a haircut. Bought a groupon, scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Was informed 3 days before that Drea will not be available. That is fine, life happens. I had an important event and requested a re-scheduling, did not hear back. Looks like the groupon effect. Got my refund, will not be using this service in the future. Not worth the stress. Looked around frantically and found another great salon in the same neighborhood, just in time!

Have been getting my hair cut by Drea for years. She has great prices and always does fantastic work. I drive from San Francisco because the stylists up here are not as good and way more expensive.

I’ve been to Drea twice and both times she cut my hair unevenly. I’ve been wearing it curly since I last saw her in December because when it’s straight, it’s completely lopsided — so in two months, my hair still hasn’t evened out (that should give you a good idea of how sideways it was cut).
It doesn’t help that Drea has one volume when talking, it’s extra loud. My ears hurt from how loud she talks.
I won’t be going back a third time.

Drea is such a sweet person and she knows how to deliver an amazing service. She did a very high quality highlights, eyebrows shaping and hair cut. She returned my message next day, she listened to what I had in mind and I left looking and feeling great.

Drea has made me love my hair, a feat never achieved by anyone else in my life. She is an artist, has created a sweet cut that flatters my face and head and is also great for my life as a busy classroom teacher. Even my students, picky high-schoolers, compliment me when I come to school with my hair cut. :)
Drea also did my hair and make-up for my wedding last year, and might I say, I looked awesome. I wanted a vintage updo and understated make-up and she created a look for me that made my day very special.
I always look forward to my hair appointments and leave feeling great. Thank you Drea!

Oh Drea, for the second time around she saved my hair.
She was out of town and I went to another place for a haircut (I had an event to go) and the result was terrible… so I waited for Drea to fix it, and she did it. Lesson learned here, wait for your hairdresser instead of trying someone else. ;)
I discovered Drea in June/2011 in San Bruno after a hair disaster (someone turned my hair into a greenish mess), and she saved me, bringing my hair back to normal with her magic.
After that I was hooked and followed her to Burlingame and now San Mateo.
From haircuts to ombré highlights and brazilian blowouts, I’ve done everything with her.
This girl knows what she is doing!
