Esthela’s cleaning service was hired to clean this house after the construction. The cleaning was okay but what was very unacceptable is The boss used this house’s brand new washer and dryer to clean their dirty cloths that were used to clean other people’s houses. They made the brand new washer and dryer dirty and stole the other people’s electricity. This is big No No.
Not recommended to anyone. Watch out when you hire them!

I have to write a review about Esthela’s cleaning service after the amazing experience I had. First off, I spoke to Esthela directly, and she was very friendly and welcoming from the get go. When her and her gals initially arrived to clean, she made it a point to come in and introduce herself, and made sure all the cleaning details were clear and exactly what I needed done. When I came back after they were done cleaning, my placed looked brand new! They had done everything I had asked and more! I have absolutely no complaints! I am very excited to have found Esthela’s cleaning service!!! :-D

I hired Esthela’s cleaning service to clean my apartment and was impressed by how fast I received my appointment. However, I was quoted $ 65 dollars an hour and when they finished, they quoted me a much higher price of $ 90 dollars and hour. They said that since they had 3 women instead of 2, the price is higher. I think it is dishonest to quote one price and then make it quite higher in the end. They would not budge on the price, either. The cleaning was okay, but the floor was scratched, the refrigerator wasn’t touched and they didn’t clean under the couches.
Just be sure you know what you’re getting before you hire this service!
