Gym Precision

I can’t say enough good about the folks at Gym Precision. So responsive, easy to deal with. My thanks to Eliana for her great follow up and scheduling, she is a great communicator! Prisco did a great job on the repair!

Responsive but not helpful. I called GP because the TV on my treadmill was not functioning. I was charged $ 159 for a service visit for someone to come verify that the TV was in fact, not functioning. Then they called me several days later to apologize, but the company who made the treadmill had been bought by another company, and they would not be able to get parts, End of story. I told them the make and model of the unit when I called them the first time — if they knew they could never get parts they could have told me, and saved me $ 159.
The tech who came to my home was nice and polite, and the gentleman who called to tell me they couldn’t do anything was nice and polite, but the overall approach to solving the problem was not very well thought out.

We needed a new motor for our elliptical. Gym Precision ordered the part which ended up being covered under warranty (we didn’t even know it was still covered). They replaced the elliptical and serviced our treadmill for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Prisco arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing the belt on my elliptical machine. He was very knowledgable and courteous and represents your company well.

Rick and Danny were very helpful. I had a issue with my life cycle bike and after several visits it got taken care of. Thanks for sticking with it.
