This place is awesome. The man who owns it actually runs it too and spends all his time there. He is the nicest man ever and serves a great product. We love coming here after dinner and picking up froyo to go to bring home to watch a movie. Love love love!

The place looks quite dirty, the tubs are not well taken care of. the machines seem like they have not been clean in a while, the cones looked old and dirty. when I asked for a cone frozen yogurt the employee grabbed the cone with his hands I am super picky about what I eat and where I eat and I can say that even though the yogurt tasted good and he employe was nice, I will not be coming back here.

This place has all the amenities of an iced cream store, but also has your health in mind. Refreshing smoothies loaded with probiotics, fiber, protein, whatever you want. But tastes amazing as well. I’ll take this spot over Baskin Robins any day. My friends and I always stop here after our motorcycle rides through kings mt road. Highly recommended.

Old place, run down. Yogurt machines looked old and like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. When we got there I showed the owner the 5% coupon from Unilocal and he was very unpleasant about it-made me feel uncomfortable but in the end he still agreed to honor it. «I’m not sure how that coupon got there…» Yogurt was good but overpriced I will not be coming back here

This place has always given me great service and great frozen yogurt. My favorite flavors include pumpkin, peanut butter and caramel praline. Their punch cards aren’t a bad deal, 1 freebie after every 10 purchased, I’ve definitely earned my fair share of them

Soft serve is way over priced for what you get. When I commented on the«small» large cone for the price, I got a blank stare from the woman. Frankly, I could have had better service and equally the same soft serve if I would have walked over to McDonalds!

I have been going here for years and it is great on these sunny warm days to cool off with some frozen yogurt. Charley is the best. He is like a bartender for those who don’t drink and he can make such amazing variations of flavors and shakes too. I stop by whenever I am near Laurelwood or whenever I have a taste for frozen yogurt.

A hole in the wall, out in the part of San Mateo that I never really go to… but this is a great ice cream and smoothie spot, and worth a little trek over there. The owner is extremely friendly as well.

Came in yesterday for a father/son froyo outing. First time at this place since TCBY and it didn’t disappoint. Tried a carb-lite eggnog flavor with Oreos(I know that combo doesn’t make sense but it was really good And didn’t taste like stevia at all. Will definitely be back soon. Friendly owner! Can’t wait til the baby can eat froyo!

You know, it’s a little expensive, but damn, there are so many different flavors, and the service is really friendly. They even have a carb-light yogurt flavor. I don’t know why this place is so empty, but the plaza itself seemed like it could use a makeover. Get the kiddie cup because even with the small size, you’re going to get a huge heaping of yogurt/ice cream, but if you really want that, then go for it. They also have a super large assortment of low calorie drinks and yogurt. Really digging this place. Oh! Stamp card action. Buy 9, get one free.

Love JJ’s! The owner, Charlie, is so friendly and genuine. I always feel so welcome whenever I step in. The double rainbow ice cream here is amazing as well as the frozen yogurt. They are very generous with their servings, which makes it well worth the price! They also now offer a discount to CSM student. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

YUMYUMYUM. best coffee milk shake :) I work right by here and always come whenever I’m craving a milk shake. The owner, Charlie & worker, June are very friendly. Always provides the best customer service. They remember your orders if you go there often. Go here if you are in the area, you won’t regret it.

JJ’s yogurt is the best! We’ve been going here for about 13 years whenever we have the craving for some awesome frozen yogurt. There are usually 4 flavors that are ready to go; chocolate, vanilla, and 2 others. Sometimes strawberry, or pumpkin, or peanut butter, coffee, etc. But if you don’t feel like one of the pre-made flavors, they can make almost any flavor you want. We always get toppings on it as well. Charlie(the owner) is the best and so is JJ’s.

Good old school classic soft serve yogurt, not the new trendy yogurtland/pinkberry stuff. Most of their flavors are creamy stuff, not fruity tart ones. Their small cone is the same price as a kiddie cup– $ 2.75. You get way more yogurt with the cup than cone, but hey, you can’t eat your cup. Don’t forget your stamp card.

This is one happy place where I get to be a kid again! I’ve been here three times, and the owner has never failed to welcome me warmly. That’s one additional star right there. They have both ice cream and frozen yogurt, and I usually go for the tart froyo if they have it, sometimes paired up with another flavor like vanilla or chocolate. The tart flavor isn’t significantly tart, but it tastes great, especially when showered with different toppings. It’d be perfect if they carried fresh fruits… but I shouldn’t be so greedy. The kiddie cup portion is large enough to feed one adult. If you really must order a ‘large’ for yourself only, prepare to skip a meal after that! SUM: Four shining stars for this friendly, fun place

I’ve got to say it again… I’m a little disappointed in this fro-yo establishment. I try hard to seek new fro-yo joints and through a wild goose chase(mainly me being an idiot and not understanding directions) I finally find the elusive J J’s Yogurt purely for the fact that Jennifer L. said they carry fro-yo. I park and walk in, seeing all the signs for probiotics, fat free gobbledy gook and immediately perk up the fact that yes this is the fro-yo place I’ve been searching for despite the fact that this place just says«FROZENYOGURT» on the outside-not J J’s…but the address is correct so that’s all that matters. Walk up the counter after seeing many many happy families licking their massive cones and fun looking sundae creations. «Could we have an original fro-yo please?» «$ 4.50.» The gentleman behind the counter piles that sucker up really really high. We stick two spoons in it and we’re on our way. First bite reminded us of vanilla. Second bite… same. We’re both thoroughly confused at this point and we look at the signs, we come back in to look thoroughly at the machine. Oh shoot, it says Original Vanilla! But there’s not a TART original machine in sight. I’ve been dupped and it’s my own damn fault. Their vanilla was good and I’ll be back for the fro-yo after I get over the disappointment of having only gotten vanilla the last time. The toppings DID look really tempting and had I known I was getting a regular fro-yo and not the tart kind, I would have indulged. Next time though! Next time.
