When you have a long list of projects that need to be completed you can only hope to find one person to work with rather than a revolving door of companies to schedule and manage. Joseph was a referral. He was on time, polite and professional. When I showed him the list of projects I needed to complete he said, OK. For several days he painted, replaced window screens, power washed the outside of the house, removed out appliances, installed new appliances and customized some wood work. A lot of this was outside work in very hot weather and he never stopped or complained. What a find! I highly recommend Joseph for your next project.
